These are very comfortable but like others have noted, these are sized small. I don'y consider my arms to be very muscular, but I have tried the Large & Extra Large of this product and the Extra Large (XL) is what fits me best. For reference, I measured my arms with a tape measure and the circumference of my mid-forearm is 10-1/2" and just below my elbow with my arm at a 90 degree angle is 11-1/2". With those measurements, the XL fits and feels great. I use them to keep from getting sunburns on my arms without having to use any cream or spray on sunscreens. It is a great way to go chemical free and I can remove them when they are not needed. Just remember to go for one size up from what you would normally think to order and you should be pleased with these sleeves. ... show more
