Happy with purchase. Love that its a 3 in1 device but my only complaint is that I wish the steam lasted longer. It gives you about 10-15 mins of steam before you have to add more water which is fine for a facial. For air purification and aromatherapy I want it to run longer.

I purchased a facial steamer YEARS ago and discovered that it worked fine when placing your face right up in front of it but not so practical for steaming another person’s face for example while doing a professional facial service. I loved the portability of the original steamer unit but needed an extender arm to use it for doing traveling facials. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to attach and how effective it is for facials. The flow of steam is good and it is the right length to use on a side table or cart while performing a professional facial. Highly recommend if you already have the little steamer unit with the small spout on the top. Just pop the spout off (which you can replace later so hang onto it) and pop the extender arm in. Easy peasy!

My daughter has respiratory issues and gets croup a lot. The dr always suggests going back and forth between steam from the shower and sticking her head in the freezer for the cold air. Saw this with both steam and cold and gave it a try. It works for us! So much easier to let her stay and bed and do this vs moving all around the house.

This steamer is nice. I like the color and the sleekness of it. I only gave it a three star rating because the cool mist does not flow out as much as the the hot steam. Initially it did but that feature stopped working after about three days so now I can only set it to hot steam. Not worth the hassle of returning… It works great in my shampoo room while my clients are getting their hair shampooed and treated. **I’m updating my review 10/12/23** The top of the dispenser for the essential oil broke and now the extended diffuser broke. Not worth the money but it still blows steam. Disappointed that it fell apart so quickly.

Nano ionic. Hot and cold. Adjustable up, down, and 360 degree short and long nozzles. Aromatherapy basket (I haven’t tried it yet. It doesn’t say you’re supposed to add water to the basket, but I saw a similar steamer where reviewers were saying they didn’t smell anything and were being told to add water). Easy fill. Great capacity/run time, especially for cold. It’s been very hot lately, and my husband was delighted by the cool mist. Easy operation. Anti-dry combustion. Attractive. Bonus items. Competitively priced at $52.99 plus 10% off today. What more could I ask for? It’s perfect!...I think. Only issue was I thought it was defective at first because cold steam was not working despite several attempts over 15-20 minutes. I was about to give up but fortunately came back to find it finally working. Maybe it takes extra long the first time or when it’s completely dry, but it seems to be starting right up now. I haven’t experienced this with other steamers though.

I have only used this twice so far. Bought it to use in my home when giving facials. The only problem I have is the steam arm is NOT long enough. You practically have to have the person right next to it, less than 6". It would be perfect other than that.

I purchased for facials on clients and people rave about the steam. With the hot and cold setting I can do regular and sensitive facials . I use the extraction tools every facial and they work well, versatile, good quality. You will need to fill the reservoir after every use and make sure you have a cart or table to set it on while in use. I also suggest buying the extension with it.
