The area in which the straw goes into is very flimsy and very loose. It’s a great cup all around because of the pricing and how large it is, but if they can work on the area which reinsert the straw, it would make the cup 10 times better it’s a good cup for the price it’s a simple design. Let me start with the positive, it arrived ahead of schedule and is a very nice true red color, no scratches or discoloration. The handle is comfortable and screwed in good. My issues with it: it’s definitely lower quality than some of the recent reviews state. I have a difficult time getting the lid screwed on right. The bottom of the cup has a circular metal piece in the middle, much like the name brand. The circular piece on mine is crooked and off center. It looks like it could come off at any time. I’ve carried it for 3 days and I can’t get ice to keep more than 5-6 hours before it melts. Not a big deal at home, but I need the ice to last longer than that at work. My other dupes and name brand definitely keep ice a lot longer. I got this as a cyber Monday deal, so it’s not a huge loss, but I really like the color and wanted to carry it to work. ... show more
