I ordered this cover for an outdoor table and chair set. It fit fine and I was initially happy with it. Fast forward eleven months and it is weather worn and ripped, presumably by the wind. Funny thing is - the whole set is under a solid ramada. It's in the shade during the peak part of the day; it only gets early morning and late afternoon sun. Now it gets really fun - this thing supposedly has a three year warranty, right? Try contacting them. There's no contact information listed. Try searching for contact info in the Q&A and the review section - nothing beyond a certain date works. Try contacting the seller - it takes you to the seller page where you can click on "ask a question." Sure, I have a question. Click on my order, eventually get to Warranty, and it says "Since Amazon is handling the shipping for this order, you'll need to talk with an Amazon Customer Service Associate." Great, maybe I'll get somewhere with this. In the chat, I'm told to contact the seller. I relate the difficulty of that. They say I need to go to the ULTCOVER store front. Yeah, there's no contact info there. Then I'm actually told to search for the manufacturer's website on the internet ... myself … because they can’t find it. You can’t find it even though you sell their stuff and I’m supposed to hunt for it? Sure, I check Google for it. No luck. Told them that. They're really sorry; would I care for a $5 promotional certificate for my heartache? NO - I'd like warranty service! A new cover - under warranty? Maybe a refund? How about a supervisor? Sure, chat with the supervisor. They give me a link to where I can contact the seller. Guess where it goes? Sure, the same place where I end up being advised "Since Amazon is handling the shipping for this order, you'll need to talk with an Amazon Customer Service Associate." Apparently realizing the irony of this, the supervisor tells me I can get a refund if I return the item (although why they want it back I have no idea, but anyway), however, since it's outside the 30 day return window my refund will be minus restocking fees (Really? Because they’re going to restock this toasted, ripped cover?). My exclamation of "wait, I'm not returning this because I merely don't want it anymore, I'm trying to make a warranty claim here and you can’t provide a contact for me, why am I being charged restocking fees" results in them being really sorry but it’s the best they can do and they'll add on the aforementioned $5 promo cert mentioned earlier. Since that brings me within a couple bucks of my purchase price I decide to go ahead and bite this unpleasant sandwich - but - this is simply flat out ludicrous. I spent hours searching for a patio table cover that would last longer than just one season and actually protect my table from the winter weather. After comparing several products, I decided to buy the ULTCOVER Heavy Duty Table Cover and I am very glad I did. This product is made with very durable fabric that is water proof and winter proof. We just received 8 inches of snow and this table cover laughed it off. I went out to the patio and just used my hands to brush the snow off the table and it was dry underneath. The table cover itself has straps at the bottom that you attach to your table legs to make sure it doesn't blow off, even though I don't think it would. The cover fits down on your table legs all the way to the ground. It would take some seriously high winds to blow this cover off a table. But the straps are there to make sure. Then there are straps that allow you to tighten it to fit your table exactly. In case it was a little too big. Which it wasn't for my table. It fit my table exactly and my table was about 51" square. I know that I will have this table cover for many seasons. It was a smart investment. And I know that come Spring, my table will be ready to use just by removing the table cover. ... show more

So this thing faded within just a few days of purchase in the hot California sun, but as it's just covering my backyard furniture, I couldn't care less. However after a winter of less than typical rainfall, I removed the cover to find my furniture destroyed. Water resistant perhaps, but not waterproof as stated. My tables, chairs and sofas had puddles on them. All of the cushions were soaked through and molding. Now the cover, which has mold growing on it is garbage, my cushions, which have mold growing on them, are garbage, my rug is garbage. This was a very expensive mistake for a product that does not work as advertised. This product, brand and seller need to be removed from Amazon immediately! ... show more

This was the cover I was looking for. It has served us well for 22 months through summer and winter in the Chicago area (snow/rain/sun). It is by far the best cover I found during some extensive research. Within the past two months, coming out of our second winter, the material is failing. We place our patio furniture cushions on the surface of a 4x8 table, with the back cushions placed in the chairs, so the cover is well supported and even, not allowing any rain to collect. When storing, I fold up the sides, then fold again, resulting in a 2 foot wide strip which I roll up like a sleeping bag, which minimises any folding and "crumpling" of the material. This also allows quick coverage when the rain comes and we are scrambling to get things covered. I cannot seem to locate the ULTCOVER customer service after a few searches here and Amazon. (any help would be welcome). Since this is the only cover I have found that "met the bar", I can purchase another, but the material needs to be re engineered. ... show more

Just took off cover after several days of rain and there is water on the inside of cover, in the table, and soaked into table. I had just wiped puddles away so you can see what table looks like after I did that... Cannot find a place anywhere that rain is getting in. Very disappointed. This was not a cheap cover and my table is an expensive one that I had hoped this cover would be quality enough to protect. Definitely deserve a refund on this. This had happened before but I kept using thinking it was a fluke. Apparently not. ... show more

My main goal for this product is to shade our furniture from the sun. This product worked out very well for us. We are located in Southern California, South Bay Area where the summers are in the high 80s and the winters high 30s. Not a lot of rain.
