I just needed some 16 gauge aluminum sheeting. The cooking sheet was quite adequate. Could not find a piece that size on line just as a sheet. And it was cheaper just to cut up a cookie sheet.

they might feel heavy duty, and they might be made from 16 gauge material, but they warp under heat. who tested these? do not buy!!
