sold a new in the box starter to a customer and it blew apart after using it twice that was purchased and was new in the box for 2 months on my shelf this should be warranty

Purchased this for a 2011 EZ-GO with a Kawasaki engine. It fit perfectly and performed well for six months. After that it wouldn't keep the battery charged without running the engine at half throttle or higher full time. Running headlights would leave me stranded. Replaced this with OEM and the problem was solved. The one year warranty states they'll replace the item...no refund. ... show more
