The media could not be loaded. Upgraded from a 105amp after I did the electric fan conversion. Voltage still drops a little under 14 when both fans kick on high with the compressor but jumps right back up. I also did the big three on it. Also mine did not have a winding noise like others said and my belt fit perfect with no hesitation to put back on. Other than that seems like a good alternator and just enough amperage for the electric fans. I’ll update if anything changes. Update: I went ahead and upgraded to the 255amp from the same brand it feels more stable now. My set up is all original oem harness and fans. I can’t knock no stars off because it is a good alternator. I just needed more amperage. ... show more

    • Great Quality, Pair with Thicker Cable
I replaced my 105amp alternator AND longer belt after installing electric radiator fans. I also added a 6 gauge wire going from the alternator to the main power cable. The original wire is too small which kills the alternators on these trucks. I have only put 2500 miles on the truck since installing, but am confident it will have no issues for a long time. Buy this and replace that cable, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

Installing was easy and it’s working so far noticed that my charge gage was up from where usually was so it’s working better then the stock alternator. If anything changes in the near future I’ll let you guys know
