Worked fine for about a month and a half, then a dead battery. Checked voltage after install, was at about 14.4. Swapped battery from another working vehicle, worked for a couple of days and no start. Put that battery back and no problem after charge. Replaced belt, no help. Put a volt meter on the alternator to watch while driving. Output voltage was between 11.9 and briefly 13.6, mostly at 12.4. Can't figure out how to get covered under 1 year warranty. Same problem with a couple of other auto parts with amazon. My opinion is to not buy anything from amazon that can go bad after 30 days. Money lost!

Shipping was fast. A little different plug location then stock Honda Denso. But location for plug is still in a good spot. No to hard to install. Did it on the ground right be for dark and fiished after dark. Started car right up and work well. Bottom adjustment mount swivels up and down to line bolt up. Important to remember that when installing. 2002 Civic ex 1.7l . Fits like OEM

I struggled to get this thing in, but not because of actual unit itself. After installed, my belt started to squeak really badly, and no amount of conditioner, or tension adjusting would fix it. I eventually had to take it to firestone to get the squeal to go away, and it still persists a little bit to this day. Immediately after install, while driving you can hear a sort of whistling sound coming from the engine as the car / belt accelerates. The alternator works and charges battery, but I am not convinced it’s good quality. It’s been months and still works, but I believe the quality of this was the cause of the squeal, and the whistling sound, which I am still dealing with. I would spend another $50 and go to the local store and get a reputable brand with warranty and good reviews. Many people who have bought these are unsatisfied.

so far so good the starts fast no issues so far its been a month. ill update if anything occurs Update: December 24 one month later is still great turns on instantly on a cold start. Will update again after a while. Just some advice make sure to not tighten the bolts too hard it use a torque wrench

This alternator fits perfectly, lights are brighter and less cranks to start engine. Make sure you educate yourself and watch videos on how to do this properly and you will be pleased with this product. THIS IS NOT AN AMATEUR JOB! Multiple adjustments will be needed. But this will save you hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars from paying a shop. Any questions give me a shout. 👍
