I'm a divorced Mum with a 20 year old son and we try to repair whatever needs to be repaired ourselves to save money $$ on labor costs. We read the manual and watch Youtube videos and have been successful at maintaining our "older pony" while saving $. We just replaced our alternator with this model on our 2002 Trailblazer and it works great! Rebuilds at local store were running over $150 and repair kits (just needed the bearing) were running about $50, so I made a simple decision to replace the entire thing, and I'm glad that I did. I bought this alternator in June 2021 and it’s just now going bad so for the price I think I’ve got my moneys worth out of it. Now I’m thinking about either buying this again or getting an upgraded higher output alternator. Other than that if I had to buy another stock alternator I would buy one again ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Installed in December. It did match and worked at first. It is now April and the bearing are bad causing failure. No help from customer support as it is a third party seller. I suggest spending a little extra money and buying a better product.
