    • Came through with the warranty
It lasted 3 months and stopped working. Thank goodness for Partsworld stepping up with the warranty. After contacting them and filling out a claim for, they sent out another Starter/Generator under the warranty. I installed the replacement and it worked great.

Great value, worked right out of the box with good instructions. Would definitely buy again. Only hiccup I had was in setting it to Clockwise when my engine (1995 EzGo Medalist w/Robin engine) needed to spin Counterclockwise. Instructions accounted fir that too and showed how to easily adjust to CCW. Also, I didn’t realize that a starter-generator with the right voltage output would make such a big difference in how strong the cart runs too. ... show more

Starter was new and not rebuilt. Just installed. Tried to rebuild old starter. Big mistake. Cleaned old starter and installed new brushes. Waste of time. Always buy new starter. These last about 3 years with everyday use. Hope this one lasts longer

    • Motor failed in one week.
Motor died within a week. Motor was weak to begin with. Cables, starter solenoid and battery had been replaced prior to installing this motor. I replaced the solenoid with a heavy duty model to no avail. I do not recommend purchasing a starter motor from Amazon. Spend the money and purchase from a reputable source. ... show more
