FANTASTIC! I have never begun an Amazon review with the word “FANTASTIC”, but The Zeniss “NeverBreak 9H+ Hardness for iPhone 16 Pro Screen Protector” is truly deserving of such praise. Over the years, I have bought a lot of screen protectors for my family’s cell phones. Some seemed to work reasonably well, but so many of them failed due poor quality or poor design. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s having to look through bubbles, either due to trapped air or specs of dust that somehow get left behind when you put the protector on the phone. Not so with this Zeniss screen protector! The installation of this one is straight-forward and simple. No air bubbles, no dust left behind, a perfect fit - and the promise to protect my phone with its superb design and glass hardness. We spend a lot of money on our cell phones and this is the screen protector for us. FANTASTIC! I am adding this as a follow up, wanting to give well-deserved praise to Zeniss’ customer service. I got clumsy and broke one of my screen protectors. The phone took quite a fall and I do believe that even though the screen protector sustained a chipped corner, it did a great job of protecting my screen. I contacted Zeniss’ customer service via email, provided them with a photo showing the damage and another one showing my Amazon invoice and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I should probably say “instantly” instead of “immediately” as I received it less than 72 hours after I sent the email. Now that’s FIRST CLASS customer service and, as stated in the paragraph above that I previously submitted, the product is also TOP NOTCH.
