This is a tremendous product for aging skin (I’m in my fifties). This inexpensive, aromatic skin wash not only controls my very mild acne, but with its antiaging vitamin c and salicylic acid offers excellent exfoliation and collagen stimulation. It can take some trial and error to find the right combination of skin care products, and I can understand why this product isn’t for everyone- if your acne is more intense than blackheads or whiteheads, you might want to find something with stronger acne fighting agents, and if you tend to have very dry, sensitive skin, the combination of salicylic acid and vitamin c might be a little much. If, however, you are like me- oily skin, mild acne and over fifty- you might want to give this inexpensive cleanser a try. It’s great for makeup removal and (for me at least) not excessively drying. It leaves my skin feeling deeply clean while diminishing the appearance of age, sun and blemish spots. Additionally, the smell is intoxicating. Five stars. ... show more

I used to need to re-apply shower gel 2-3 times before feeling clean and now this is a nice addition to only one application of body soap in places that usually have an oily build up like the face, head, back. For a while there I thought I was going to have to break down and go to a dermatologist but since I have been using this along with Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera, it seems to keep the breakouts fewer and farther between now. I have been using this product for over five years now. This thing does a great job with acne. That's what it said on the product Oil free Acne wash. It peels off your skin when It's 1st time used, it was drying too. But it only lasted for one week. Just moisturize a lot.
