It works! I can get off my waterproof mascara easily. It leaves a residue that I definitely need to use a face cleanser to get off, but that's fine. It does make my eye area a little sensitive afterwards, but I like that it's oil free. I recommend!

I love this remover because I don't have to scrub at ALL to get stubborn eye makeup off. Just a wipe or two with a cotton ball. You do have to rinse off or dry before applying new makeup or it will crease.
