I've been using this eyeliner pencil for my eyebrows in the spiced chocolate color since high school. It has never let me down (except for when I run out and it's impossible to find in stores!) It seems like Neutrogena has stopped stocking this item as much in places like Target or Walgreens (at least where I live) so I've been getting it here. I have very sensitive eyes and have been using an eyeliner that works for me, but wanted to try something new. I wore this for two days and the skin around my eyes started peeling. Not their fault, I’m probably just allergic to something in it. Back to my search for a backup eyeliner!
