My skin has gotten drier with age and it has been difficult for me to find the right foundation. I have acne-prone, sensitive, combo to dry skin and this looks good on me. I usually prefer BB creams, but the brand I used for several years no longer works for me so I switched to this after a lot of research. I do not wear makeup daily--only once or twice a week. Pros: • Not drying • Lightweight • Natural finish • No breakouts/ skin reactions Cons: • Medium coverage (for dark spots, etc) • Not long-lasting • Difficult to color match Although I have acne scars (not pitted) and visible veins, this covers well enough--I can still see some dark spots. My shade is NC25-30 or #27 (medium) for BB creams, either warm or neutral tones. The shade Honey (#85) in this foundation matches me when I have a slight tan. I was able to shade match by looking at arm swatches online and going in-store (which is pricier) to see the differences in tones through the bottle. It is easy to blend, but I don't like the doe-foot applicator. I apply this by spreading the product on a clean palette, then use a flat brush to pat and blend out on my skin. Occasionally, I'll use a cushion puff to buff out any harsh lines. A little goes a long way, and it will only build up to medium coverage (I recommend color correcting or concealer for dark spots). I always moisturize well before applying and I don't use primer or powder. After several hours, or in a humid climate without powder, it will become a bit dewy (not bad compared to BB creams) but doesn't crease on me. I didn't experience any issues with the package and I would recommend this to someone low maintenance with dry skin, or someone looking for the same things I mentioned.

This is the best product I have found for light coverage that evens my skin tone without pilling, flaking, or settling into fine lines. It is shinier than I would like but given it is a moisturizer with smooth coverage that is a small trade off. Figuring out the right color was not easy based on a lack of color/tone descriptions, but natural ivory is a good match for my fair cool tone skin. I gave this 4 stars versus 5 because the applicator does not work well at all - very little product comes out at a time, a lot of product gets wasted that you can't get out of the bottle and this type of applicator is not very hygienic compared to being able to just squeeze product onto a sponge or foundation brush. If this cost more I would not buy it since so product gets wasted.

I’m about to turn 40 and am coming to terms with my skin changing moisture zones, fine lines, and textures. I have been using the CC Cream from IT Cosmetics for close to 10 years, but decided to give this a try because at $40 a tube, it was getting ridiculous. I have more important things to spend my money on, and decided to try this because I am a HydroBoost moisturizer and cleanser user after my sis recommended them, and she works in Dermatology. I am SO glad I did! Wow! It is mess-free to apply because it has a large sponge tip applicator on a wand, similar to a concealer. I apply my HB gel water moisturizer and then when it dries I just swipe this on quickly in all of the areas that my face looks like it needs to be evened out. I blend it in with my fluffy liquid foundation brush in the same way that I would the CC Cream- and the result is wonderful. You cannot see it at all because it blends with my skin so well, and it lends an extra layer of hydration to the skin so that it doesn’t dry out throughout the day. My skin looks and feels healthy, glowy (not oily), and natural. I will buy this again, and again, and again- PLEASE don’t ever disco this, Neutrogena! This beats IT CC Cream HANDS DOWN. If some does settle after about 6 hours around my eyes (because I don’t use primer- I know), I just tap it lightly and it blends right out. It also doesn’t oxidize and make me look orangey by the day’s end like a certain expensive counterpart. The only people who may not like this product are those who enjoy a heavy, full coverage foundation. This is not one of those, although it is buildable but still pretty light due to the moisturizer. Find your match and try this, ladies! It’s worth it and then some.

The foundation itself is 5 stars. Doesn't dry my skin, covers well but is light. Color descriptions are terrible but "nude" matches my light, somewhat pinkish skin well. The packaging is one star-total disaster. Why have this dipper??? Why not just put the product in a squeeze tube???

I've tried Il Makiage, Fenty, Laura Geller, Bare Minerals, the list goes on and on. All ended up in the trash. They either made my skin look caked with powder, or settled into every tiny line on my face making me look like a road map. I am 69 years old and don't use a ton of makeup. I do know how to apply it, always sparingly, to get the best look. This Neutrogena is the absolute best tinted moisturizer I have ever used. Hands down. It stays smooth on my skin, and has just enough coverage to even out the imperfections in my skin tone. It feels soft and smooth, and the color matched my complextion perfectly! I just love it!!
