I think this set is okay, it looks nice. It’s a bit hard to hang up the garland, especially to keep the nice pine cones and other decorative features facing forward. The bad thing, the malfunctioning battery operated wreath. The wreath looks nice and it worked great the first Christmas, however, upon setting it up for this recent Christmas the lights are malfunctioning and the timer switch doesn’t seem to work. I was elated when this set went on sale, I have wanted it for years! It was just too much money for me. I recieved it and opened the box right up. Everything is wonderful and really beautiful when you decorate your house with it. I wanted to get another one for outside, but i couldn't 😔. Quality is great, this company is wonderful. The one ISSUE I had was one of the garlands does NOT work. It won't light up. Straight out of the box it was broken. So, yes it was disappointing because I waited years to purchase this, only to have one of the items be defective. I couldn't return it because I just don't have the time or energy to do that. I plan on using another strand of lights that work and putting it on the garland. I am still super happy with my purchase. Worth it! Hopefully when I buy again, everything will work. I have been using this set for 4 years now and it has held up well! The garland and trees are plug in but the door wreath is battery powered so make sure to keep AA batteries on hand for replacement. The warm white light output matches well with our other outdoor Christmas lights and the set has been easy to put up, use and take down each year. I haven't had any issues with bulbs failing or durability in 4 years! My only recommendation is that you add rocks or some other weight to the base of the trees because ours would fall over with higher wind gusts before i did that. ... show more
