You heard me. I took these pictures at 3am after going to the theme parks all day (Universal Studios Orlando), and Halloween Horror nights at night. It was on and off raining the whole time (I had an umbrella) and this Mascara NEVER flaked, or smudged under my eyes. Things to note: I live in Florida, so I always gravitated towards waterproof Mascara because of the rainy weather. The issue with waterproof mascara is you have to use oil cleansers to remove it. My skin tends to get oily under my eyes, and EVERY waterproof mascara has given me panda eyes because it breaks down every time I blink. This holds true for oil based makeups! This mascara is NOT waterproof and is very resistant to oils. You can gently take it off with facial soap and water. FINAL THOUGHTS This is my new go to daily use Mascara that can take on my oily under eyes and the Florida Humidity~ I will now only use waterproof mascara if Im going to the pool, or the water parks :) ... show more

i've been looking for the right one for forever and this one is definitely it, its so smooth, doesn't clump or stick your lashes together, it's really just amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I usually don't wear mascara because I have a difficult time finding one that isn't waterproof. I like this one a lot. It isn't heavy when you put it on and comes off easily with soap and water. The brush has very short bristles that don't get clumped up with heavy product either.

My favorite mascara was discontinued years ago (False Eyelashes Plush Mascara by Prescriptives) so I’ve been on the hunt ever since. I use other Neutrogena makeup products and I’ve had good experiences. But because I’m used to a plusher look, I found this mascara to be a little too thin for me. It definitely lengthens and it does go on nicely, but I don’t want to have to keep re-applying over and over to try and get some volume.
