I've used this product for, I think, about 18 years. (Some of that might have been its predecessor, but if so, I don't recall its name.) Whether my relative lack of wrinkles for a late-fiftysomething is due to this cream or just genetic luck-of-the-draw I suppose I cannot say, but I really think this product has contributed to it. As I write this, Amazon indicates that it has not been discontinued by the manufacturer, but this is wrong. It has been, and Neutrogena itself now says so. ... show more

I have used this product for over 15 years and I do believe it really does reduce fine wrinkles. Since I have fair skin and a history of melanoma, I loved the fact that it also provides SPF 20 sun protection. I have paid between $15 and $20 for dozens of tubes over the years. The crazy prices being charged now are beyond nuts at up to four times that amount and it seems to have happened overnight. Since all retailers are overcharging for this product, I can only assume the manufacturer has jacked up prices in a big way. Not a good look for Neutrogena. ... show more

Must say, I don't give a lot of 5 ratings; I give good ones but I'm very impressed with this one and I"ll tell you why. I have combination skin and I tried it first on my hand (just one); I looked at the comparison of both hands the next day (with my glasses on) and I could not believe the difference!!! One lady told me years ago to include hand moisturizing and age-defying products as they tell on like our necks can when we age. I'm 60 and I've had people ask me what I use on my skin! It's so flattering! Even had a guy tell me that he thought I was younger! That will make a woman getting older smile! But back to the product, I noticed a light scent; and my skin has the dewy moisturizing feeling when I couple this product with moisturizer! I could tell the difference on my face this morning after using Neutrogena's deep cleanser prior to using this product and my favorite moisturizer. We know retinol has been proven, like hyaluronic acid has been, to improve our skin and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles! I washed my skin and put it on again this morning and so far, I'm REALLY impressed! I can barely tell I don't have foundation on; that's all the makeup I wear as my husband doesn't like the taste of lipstick for example. Lastly, I am glad it has an SPF of 20; I also have sunscreen in my foundation and I know that helps a lot too! We are blessed in this day and age to have age-defying products and to be able to look so much younger!     • Wow! At first I was not convinced, but IT WORKED! Just give it time and use it every day.
I ordered this stuff in December 2016 and have been using it under my eyes between my eyebrows, around my mouth and nose and on my neck. I put this on after I shower almost once every day, rarely skip a day. I noticed I have had to use it for quite a while but it has done amazing things. The skin tone under my eyes has gained so much elasticity I am blown away to tell you the truth. I never expected such a good outcome because I have used other products and they simply did not live up to what they said their products would do, but... I can say without any doubt that this product has vastly improved the condition of my skin where I have placed it, especially under my eyes. I was considering some type of under eyelid surgery or acid peel because I hated how many fine wrinkles I had under my eyes but this product has smoothed those out and made me look so much younger than I did a year ago, I am so happy I got it and used it so often for this long, it was worth the wait. I still have a lot left as I only use it on very specific spots on my face and neck, so it could last another 6 months if I continue using it this way. On the rest of my face that I don't apply this I apply organic coconut oil and my skin just glows. I also bought the overnight moisturizer of this product and kind of forgot about it and so I can only imagine if I was using that at night as well, my face would probably convert back to a baby face.
