I purchased this battery for my Netgear wireless Hotspot. It worked fine for a few weeks, and then displayed [on the device] a strange icon; and then it would not take a charge, or run the device. I tried to reach out to Netgear through their Amazon store, and could not get past the ridiculous maze of steps to reach support. I sent them a message, and they did not respond.
