    • Stopped working correctly in France- even with voltage converter- See Update on Customer Service
I used it once before traveling to France. I used it in France with my converter/adapter once but after that it no longer worked. It made a loud noise , burning small and steam comes out intermittently (puff puff). May purchase again, but only for US use . UPDATE - Customer Service reached out to me immediately about my issue with the steamer and gave me a full refund for the issue. They did state that "Our steamer is used at 110V, but there may be problems when used at 220V" . So I just want to say "buyer beware" if using it abroad. I really needed a low profile steamer for travel that is not super heavy or takes up a lot of space in my carryon. I have a nice big steamer when I am at home which holds a lot of water so having a small water compartment on this travel steamer is not a big deal. It works just fine for steaming the few garments I need to steam when traveling. I love this steamer!!! It's so easy to fill up the water reservoir and so lightweight too. I love how it comes with a storage bag as well. My favorite part about this steamer is the flat design that allows me to easily steam my bedsheets and garments on the bed instead of having to hang it up. I am very impressed with this little travel steamer. It does what it was advertised. It took approximately less than 10s to generate the heat steam. The steam was not strong as the big steamer, but it was strong enough to smooth out the wrinkles on my T-Shirt. I recommend this product.
