i recently had abdominal surgery and have to limit my caffeine intake. i like the nespresso pods because of their convenience. i was drinking their decaf coffee till i was allowed to introduce caffeine into my diet. both the decaf and half-decalf pods help me limit my caffeine. I am at the point where I can drink some regular coffee and the half decaf pods are perfect for this. i don't have to measure or mix coffees. the half decaf tastes like the central american coffees that i love so i don't feel like i've been cheated out of my morning coffee. Another important factor for me is that I get free shipping because of my prime membership. plus they gave me the option of overnight shipping or next day shipping. Amazon shipping is more reliable than the company that Nespresso uses. It's good to know I can still get the same good coffee and a better value from Amazon. ... show more
