I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. i use it twice a week at night time. when i say it’s a noticeable difference, ITS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE. i break out over everything, the slightest change in temperature, maybe over a delicious meal, an accidental itch, heck i don’t know anymore. I've been thoroughly researching Korean skincare for the last week, and this was one of the products that was recommended to try as part of the 10 step routine. I checked reviews on various sites and this seems to be a favorite of women in Korea. Firstly, the container is larger than I expected, so does take up a bit of space, but it's no issue to me. It has a strong lid that locks in all of the liquid, so these pads will never dry out, which is great. Just want to mention that there are 2 other Bio-peels from this same line, which have different scents and offer different benefits. I read that the lemon is a particular favorite for using prior to applying makeup as it helps the makeup to go on smoothly and makes the skin glow underneath.... *The Lemon Bio-Peel: offers additional benefits of brightening and complexion correcting lemon ingredients for customers who suffer from pigmentation and complexion issues. *The Green Tea Bio-Peel offers pore refining and calming benefits of green tea for customers who would like to receive skin refreshing benefits while exfoliating. *The Wine Bio-Peel: contains resveratrol which offers anti-oxidant benefits for customers who would like to receive firming and anti-aging benefits additionally while exfoliating. The smell on this one is more fruity than it is wine-like, but in my opinion a really pleasant smell and not over powering at all. The pad has two sides - one is a gentle exfoliator and the other is a smooth pad that you use as step 2 to wipe away the skin after exfoliation. I was so excited to use it that I ended up using the wrong side initially, lol. The exfoliator side is very gentle and not at all like the regular abrasive exfoliators you get in the stores. Because it's so gentle you might be tempted to over scrub your face with it because it may not feel like the exfoliator is actually doing anything, but it is!! I've read reviews where some reported they over scrubbed and ending up with sore skin as a result, so just be cautious of that when using! This obviously works best when your skin is already properly cleansed beforehand!! Also - make sure you wash it off with warm water, it's not designed to be left on the skin. When using it I went over my face for a good few minutes before washing off with warm water. I wanted to really work the chemicals into my skin and target buildup of dry skin round my nose. They do recommend spending a bit more time on trouble areas that you have. The pads contain chemicals that are known for fighting acne and especially blackheads, which is one of the reasons I bought this. And it leaves your skin feeling so soft afterwards! Some on here have complained about it being sticky. I'm really not sure what you expect, because it is a chemical exfoliator, so it's to be expected, and I actually like the way it makes my skin feel. But it's not at all sticky once you rinse it off. I've only used the pads once so far (they arrived yesterday) and it's recommended you only use them twice per week, so I think they will last a while. I have dry skin, so my usual routine is to use a washcloth in the shower everyday to get rid of dry flaky skin (which is somewhat effective), but it's the morning after using this product and I can report that I have no dry skin at all on my face! I did, however, use the Missha Essence mist on my face immediately after the exfoliating pad, but my face was already soft to begin with and no dry skin at all after using it. Not only is my face soft today (the morning after) but I'm noticing less blackheads also. Would highly recommend buying this. At the time of my purchase I didn't realize there were two other bio-peels with different scents and benefits. All of them are said to exfoliate the same. This red wine one seems to be more focused on anti aging (but does contain chemicals/acid that treats acne, especially blackheads), whereas the other two are for brightening/pigmentation and skin refreshing. I will have a guess that maybe the lemon and green tea would be especially beneficial for acne because they are ingredients regularly use to fight pimples. I'm considering trying the green tea one! Hope this review helps!

I've been buying these for a long time and they are great. I've gotten the green ones and the yellow occasionally as well. They exfoliate well while also being gentle on my skin. I don't have sensitive skin but I'm sensitive around my eyes (my eyes water if scents are too strong) but these have never caused me any issues. I love the smell of them and they really do help my skin stay smooth and moisturized in between exfoliation sessions. I use them every time I shower so about 3 times a week and they've never been too rough that I've had to do it less than that. I will keep buying them and would urge anyone on the fence to try them out!

I've already tried the lemon version and loved it. It lightened up the few dark spots I had, and made my skin buttery smooth. The wine version seems to be the most popular. So I decided to give it a whirl. Holy crap, y'all. It's not as intense as the lemon (not that the lemon is intense at all, but I could definitely feel a tingle when I used it - no tingle with the wine) so I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not. Went through the same routine I used with the lemon, and when I rinsed my face off, at first I wasn't super impressed. Exfoliated a bit, sure. But I didn't see any other changes. Went to bed thinking that I'd probably switch back to the lemon after this jar was done, or maybe give the green tea a try. But when I woke up this morning, I noticed a difference right away. I'm pushing 40, and have started noticing the pores on my cheeks a bit more, lately. They were pretty much invisible before, but now they're visible, and it bothers me because it reminds me of a mean old lady I knew when I was a kid, who had giant open pores all over her face that her foundation would settle into over the course of the day, so by the end of the day her face would be covered in little dots of foundation. So weird. ANYWAY.....my pores shrank, literally overnight! My skin feels just as smooth as it did with the lemon, but also feels a bit firmer. Freaking amazing. And this is after only 1 use. I won't say yet that this is my holy grail, but it might turn into that! Either way, I freaking love this version, and look forward to seeing the results after I've been using it for a month or so!
