These compression sleeves are wonderful, especially for my small hand. I have a form of arthritis, (and maybe carpal tunnel again?), and my hand gets so painful and achy. My wrist also hurts at times, especially when I turn it wrong, it gets crunched against a door, etc. This compression sleeve has given me so much relief. It is firm compression, so my fingers don't have much mobility and therefore unable to type on a keyboard when I wear it...but that doesn't bother me as I use a different wrist wrap for work. I have washed these a number of times, air-dryed, and they come clean beautifully! I recommend these highly.

I’m dealing with lifelong swelling post accident. Using the measurements listed, I ordered the medium size. It fits, but I notice it gets too tight when I wear it for more than a couple of hours. I may order another one & size up to a large. I wish it came in fashion colors instead of just black with neon orange stripes.

This sleeve provides good support and relief from my tendonitis pain while working. The sleeve is soft and flexible, with good compression over the wrist area. I actually rolled the part of the sleeve that covers the forearm up over my wrist for extra compression. As others have pointed out, the hole for the thumb is a bit too tight. I ordered the small size and have very small hands, bit it still rubs the area around my thumb which causes considerable discomfort when worn for hours. However, I will continue to wear it and try to find a way to fix the thumbhole issue.

Thumb hole is still too small, and the seam around the thumb opening digs painfully into that hand. That said, I found the compression actually good and it fits nicely to my small wrist. Personally, I found it useful to just fold back the hand section to better support the wrist by creating 3 layers on the wrist and none on the hand. For the price, I'll keep using it that way. Don't buy it if you absolutely need the over-thumb/lower-hand support because you'll be extremely uncomfortable with the thumb hole.

These work so well for me while I am sleeping to keep my hands and fingers from becoming painful enough to wake me up. They are far more comfortable to wear than some others I have worn with straps and rigid supports. My 95 year old Mother wears a pair and has seen a big difference for her hands as well. I have even worn them durning the day if I'm having a day with issues. Easy to put on, easy to get off and comfortable to wear. I go all night with no problems, they are not restrictive and having no straps to fuss with and get adjusted just right is a huge help. I am able to do everything I would normally do such as text, or type, while wearing these. I enjoy sewing and quilting and often the constant hand work is an issue, I can still sew wearing these and this is a huge perk. They work great for me.

They sould really mention latex in the description, but they do not. They say; "NeoAlly wrist sleeve is made of 60% Nylon, 35% Spandex, and 5% Polyester, which makes it super breathable. " No mention of latex. This is so unfair. Now I need Benadryl for a week to get rid of the painful rash. Happy Thanksgiving to me.

I've been looking for a solution to help with pain in my hands when I play. I think my issues is arthritis which makes swinging the club painful and weak. In the past I found a self adhesive bandage/wrap gave me the best support, but would affect my putting and it wasn't something you would take off and put on through out a round. This product gives me enough support and is easy to remove and put on throughout the round. Very useful for this aging golf enthusiast.

I've tried many arthritis / carpal tunnel gloves and sleeves to deal with pain from years of piano and bad typing habits, along with two types of arthritis. These are by far the best priced, highest quality -- washable without losing flex, and they don't start falling apart after use and/or wash like most of the others I've tried. I have average to large hands, but I actually find the small set works best for me after trying small and medium. They keep my palms and wrists comfortably compressed without irritating my thumb area or preventing typing. I'll definitely be buying several more pairs to rotate for cleaning.
