I recently purchased the Neo Sleep 10 Inch King Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Medium Firm), and it has been a solid upgrade. The medium-firm feel strikes a good balance between comfort and support. It cushions pressure points without feeling too soft, and my back stays properly aligned throughout the night. The cooling gel memory foam does a good job regulating temperature. I tend to sleep warm, but this mattress doesn’t trap heat the way some all-foam beds do. The surface feels breathable and comfortable even after several hours. Setup was straightforward. It expanded evenly after unboxing, with minimal odor that dissipated quickly. The edges feel stable for a memory foam mattress, and motion transfer is low — movements on one side don’t disturb the other. This mattress is incredibly comfortable. It is very thick, and pillow-soft on top. It expanded well and in a relatively short amount of time. The material is very soft. It's definitely more plush than it is firm. My body sinks into it. But the sleep quality is wonderful.

This mattress is surprisingly great! Within a day it fluffed up to full size. It’s firm yet you feel no pain on any pressure points so the top gel portion is soft and forgiving. I love it. I typically wake up with neck and lower back pain but not on the mattress at all! I wanted a cloud like feel, but while this mattress feels firm, it actually has enough give that it takes all pressure off main areas.
