That said, this is a really cute dress with a great fit. It is flattering and comfortable. I love that it has pockets and the V neck line is very sexy. It really is a nice dress but I disagree with the description. This is not appropriate for a bridesmaid dress unless the wedding is really casual.

I absolutely love the dress, but the reason for the 4 stars is that the color of the dress is nowhere near an Army Green color.... it's closer to a Teal color. It does look great on me (that's why I have decided to keep it), but unfortunately, it won't work for our family photos. Now, a little bit of info on my sizing... I did size up to a 2X. I am 5' 3", 177 lbs., with a 42 C bust and a 38-inch waist. I don't have the greatest measurements.... I am honestly in between a size 1X and a 2X, which makes it difficult to find clothes that fit me well. I am incredibly happy that I sized up. This dress fits me perfectly while managing to actually give me a body shape, and it hits me just below the knee. It's loose and flowy, and since it can be tied in the back, it actually gives me somewhat of a waist. The material is nice and soft, but it does seem to wrinkle easily.

The length was long enough that I didn't feel like I was going to be flashing anyone but not too long that I was tripping going up stairs! The material is thin but not sheer or see thru. All in all I would definitely recommend this dress!!

This was one of two dresses that I had in sight for a church event. The first one was a complete wreck, but this dress is something that my girl friends and I absolutely adored! I already knew that the dress would not be exactly like the image used, but this is common sense; I didn't expect anything but a cute dress that has class and elegant in its construction. I loved that material is less see-through, cotton a little thicker, a little bland that could be dressed up with a simple brooch that made this dress so classy. On the cons: I knew right away that I had chosen the right size for a true-to-size measurement. I wish I had put it on to try it out first, but my health will always take my primary focus--and I never had a chance to put it on until last night... I could deal with the feel of the material, and my boobs fit perfectly...but the stretch band inside was waaay too tight, as though a short piece of band had been slapped inside haphazardly to avoid wasting material. THE BAND SNAPPED BACK AND HIT ME UNDER THE BOOBS. I have a condition that affects my muscles, and it is now swelling from the force. To add insult to injury, one of my friends was helping me tie up the wrap around material--and the left one had the stitches pulled off around 75%. I only brought this dress (no alternate dress was with me) and I broke down in tears, afraid the whole dress would start ripping everywhere. Nobody pulled the strap too tight and it was done gently because of my condition!! The dress was held with care putting it on, and it started falling apart...and I have never bought such a nice dress that fell apart like this one did in my life! Folks, make sure you can make time to try on the dress FIRST to ensure that the seams or the elastic band do not cause you injury to the body and to the wallet! I can't say I would recommend this particular dress, but search for a similar style elsewhere with better quality material.

I got the black 3/4 sleeve in a 20W, which is the size I generally wear in stores. I'm 5'3" 230 lbs, with a big belly, so clothes that have a defined waist are usually a no-go for me. I'm used to everything being too long, and necklines far too low. The ties were long enough to go around me and tie, and the waist on this is quite high (as I had hoped). I'll be interested to see how the ties hold up with washing and repeated stress. It fits better with a bigger bust, I'm sure, and it's a little revealing, but pins or a cami underneath are standard wear for me with anything from Lane Bryant as well. Fabric is thin and kind of cheap, even for this price. It's not quite the stuff you get in the costumes from the Halloween Outlet stores that popped up where the furniture store used to be, but it's closer than I'd like. However, it's stretchy enough that there's give in the shoulders and elbows, the skirt falls nicely, and it's comfortable even in the summer. It is a little sheer, but not terribly so. A slip wouldn't hurt. I liked it enough to order another, in the short sleeve. Overall I'm pretty pleased, especially for something I couldn't try on first.

This dress is soft and great. It washed beautifully. I did hang it instead of putting in the dryer. It fits in all the right places and hides the things that I don't want to show. I am 5'9 and 250 and it looks great. I have an hourglass shape. I bought the size 18 which is what I normally wear. It is very flattering it is not clingy but it's not clingy but it does not sag either. The top covers the girls nicely.. The links the length of the skirt is just right at the knee. I also like the sleeve length it is very flattering as well.. It hides the top of your arms but shows the shapely bottom. I think it's comfortable to wear all day.
