I ordered this by mistake, late at night. Each packet contains 1/2 the amount of an adult size packet. NON-RETURNABLE, so I'm using 2 packets instead of 1 adult size.

Love these packets, even as an adult. I can't find them locally, so glad Amazon carries them. Make sure you have the smaller pediatric bottle to use with these or you'll have to use two. I was using the adult size bottle and found that I only needed about 1/2 the bottle so this pediatric size is perfect, and when I travel for work it's much easier to take the smaller bottle along! Really like that these are long narrow packages of powder (each indivual pack) vs. the old square kind because it seems all of the powder comes out more easily with this shape. I order this every time, and for some reason I only ever get 1 packet, when the advertisement is clearly for two. Good thing amazon rectifies this every time as well, just wish they would get it right the first time. Other than that, the sinus rinses function perfectly!

My five-year-old daughter uses this daily (on her pediatric ENT's recommendation) to manage her allergies - it really does what it says. She doesn't rub her nose or sniff like she used to all the time. I will note that she does best when the water it's warm. I use distilled water, then run the bottle under hot tap water to warm the solution up a bit. When it's cool or room temperature it seems to bother her. ... show more
