Green backdrops greatly enhance the quality of your backgrounds when using popular video conferencing software. Without these products, you can disappear (ghost) into the background or your hair is cut off at sharp angles, etc. A green background is critical if you're going to use image backgrounds during your meetings. The product is easy and logical to setup and use. There are plastic feet you can expand to ensure stability when the backdrop is raised. The case has two locks that keep the cover tight and contaminants out during storage and transportation. Simply pull up from the handle in the middle until fully extended. The screen is smooth and without wrinkles or blemish which is important to have the best background image quality. Do be careful when lowering as the last few inches, if you let go too early, will fall abruptly back into the storage case. Simply keep a grip on the handle as you're lowering the screen until it is al the way back into the case to avoid this. I've used this for weekly work meetings as well as HOA board meetings, each with different digital backgrounds, and am very pleased with the results. I purchased this screen to replace the screen type I had previously that uses adjustable metal stands with fabric you physically hang and hold taught from the sides with clips. Those designs take up more space, require disassembly in between use, are not easily portable and are difficult to keep the wrinkles out of the fabric which can cause issues with your background image.

Because of the COVID19 crisis I suddenly need to have a lot of video presentations. Since I don't have room for a TV much less a projection screen in my house, I decided to use a green screen to show my slides or a virtual whiteboard behind me. The main issue with getting good green screen results is lighting the screen, separately from lighting yourself. Since I don't have room for giant softbox lights in my house, I got a pair of these tiny lights, and they do the job really well. The chroma key effect is now excellent in OBS. And when I don't need the lights, they telescope pretty small so I'll be able to stash them easily.The two reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are: 1) The lights didn't come with colored filters. I wasn't really intending to use the colored filters, but still I feel that if you advertise a feature you should deliver. 2) They feel super flimsy, especially the base of the tripod. I'm not too upset about that because for $35 (yeah, they were even cheaper at the time, but I think $50 is reasonable too) I didn't expect super high quality. More importantly, the light stand is just a selfie stick, so ideally I can just find a higher quality selfie stick with a base.

I got such an amazing deal on this compared to every other on the market in the same category. Super sturdy, screen is nice and thick. Setup is extremely fast as well, just dont forget to twist the legs out. The compactness of this is what sold me, it can be stored anywhere with an easy carry handle!

Overall the green screen is well designed and simple to set up. Works great. Problem is with the feet and locking mechanisms which are cheap plastic. Why Neewer would produce a quality product and then add cheap, low quality locking mechanisms and very poor feet that cannot be secured is a head scratcher. Due to locks and feet I cannot see this excellent green screen lasting. Over all at least a 4+. Feet and locks -10. (How low can you go?). If Neewer fixes locks and feet this would be a top of the line product. Otherwise be careful purchasing; it is not likely to hold up to even careful use.

I love how easy it is to open and close! I can pull it up with no effort and close it with no effort yet it stays up and it stays down and that is the most important thing for me. The only problem is the width of the screen. I use a high back rolling chair that needs some space for comfort sake. When I use the screen I have to push it close to me so it covers the entire virtual background without my actual background visible on either side. An extra 2 inches on each side would be perfect yet that would translate to 4 more inches of floor space and this is already using plenty of the floor space so I have to say this is a perfect purchase. BTW it still makes my hair electric looking on certain virtual backgrounds but at least my hands and body don’t disappear. But I doubt any green screen can fix that. Does anyone know? If so, please share!

I bought this for my wife, a physics and astronomy professor, for her to put background images and videos up while she does virtual lectures over the internet. It isn't a full on studio, but it perfectly met her needs and will probably meet the needs of most people. The fact that it's case is also its stand is pretty well designed. When you need it, just pull it up!

Great Back Drop and Green Screen. I thought I had no room to fit a green screen in my room but I was wrong it fits perfectly and I like using it. I use it to cut myself out of my background and I like it as it is great for streaming one of the best purchases I have made for making videos and live streaming.

THIS SCREEN IS MADE HORRIBLE! Please do not waste your time and money buying it. It was purchased as a 2020 Christmas gift. The screen is about 21 lbs and have hydraulic hinges on it. Rather than put a heavy duty metal handle that can sustain the weight of the screen, it's made out of a thin plastic. The plastic is not strong enough to hold the weight of the screen and the resistance of the hydraulic hinges. The feet of the the screen is made out of the same thin plastic. If you accidentally step on them, they will break also. I contacted the seller, who gave me a excuse everytime. He requested that I pay for the returned damaged screen. I told him no, because within one month of use it broke. It had been sitting in the media room where we were screening since December, in a stationary position untouched. The handle gave out and broke. It took 3 months, but Amazon covered the cost of the return and refunded the screen cost. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The mistake I made was purchasing this screen!!
