As soon as I received my Nebility corset vest I used it to go hiking. I usually hike about 4-5 miles 3 times per week and the terrain is rather hilly. I began my hiking routine only about 1 month ago after a long stretch of inactivity due to some long-standing, ongoing health issues causing fatigue and back pain. As such, I have put on weight around my middle and I am tired of having the excess weight. I began using your waist train 1-week ago and right away I noticed positive improvements. I purchased this "Nebility Women Waist Trainer Corset Vest" to improve my posture while hiking and to remind myself to keep my shoulders back, engage my core abdominal muscles, and to hopefully strengthen my back muscles and to not hunch over too much while hiking up very hilly terrain. I purchased the vest hoping it would would assist me in improving my posture and relieve some back pain so that I could hopefully become more physically active over time and get the excess weight off around my midsection. I am absolutely thrilled with this product! It absolutely has helped me re-train my core abdominal and back muscles immediately upon use, so I can feel more secure while exercising. I found the waist trainer worked so well while exercising that I also began using it while working at my computer. I work remotely from home doing all my research work sitting, hunched over a computer all day long. This waist trainer has absolutely improved my sitting posture and reminds me to keep my shoulder's back and use my abdominal muscles to sit up straight and not slouch over the computer while working. It has greatly improved my back pain and overall posture in such a short timeframe. The product was also delivered to me within 24-hours. Cons for this product: 1. Fix the sizing chart listed on your amazon product page. I am 5'3" tall, weigh 168 lbs, and have a 37" waist (as I measured 1" above my navel as directed). According to your size chart, I should have purchased the 2XL or 3XL size. I read the amazon product reviews and many people commented about having difficulty with sizing and having to return items purchased because of improper fit. I decided to purchase the XL size and I can fit into it perfectly on the first rung of hook-and-eye closures. It is very snug when I first put it on the trainer, but I am able to comfortably hike and exercise as usual with no difficulty moving or breathing. The product stays in place and does not ride-up. I love the adjustable shoulder straps and the overall length as it covers my low-back area and some of my pelvis. Now that your product has made me feel more secure during exercise and is improving my posture, I hope to slowly become more active and lose weight over the next 6 months. I'm hoping to purchase another waist training in the smaller size (large or medium) as I slim down from exercise and continue to improve my posture over time. This is my first experience with using any waist trainer and I would highly recommend this product to anyone having similar back issues and wanting to improve their posture while exercising and working!

I used this product after giving birth to my second child.. I needed something more comfortable than the one I had after my 1st...I have been using it now for over 2 months here are my pros and cons. Pros...I loved that after 2-3 days of use I saw a noticeable difference in how my stomach looked. The material was quite comfortable and easy to wear. I didn’t have to wear a tank top under. it would not roll up or down throughout the day. It gave me a beautiful hour glass shape and most people said I didn’t look like I had a baby only 6 weeks ago. I also loved that is perked my boobs up as well!! It also helped my posture a lot! Cons: after long extended use it started to bend in the middle and be uncomfortable if I was sitting for a extended period of time. Even though that was a issue it really didn’t bother for the first 4-5 hours of wear during the day. It would only become cumbersome after a very long day for me. Another challenge I had was as a nursing mommy.. I would have to modify my comfortable sitting position Bc I forced me to sit upright.. not that that is a bad thing, but with a new born you want to just relax a bit while nursing. Overall I loved this product and would definitely buy it again!! Update: second purchase! This is actually my second purchase with your company for a waist trainer because I needed a smaller size! > >I want to start of by saying what a excellent quality product you provide. I only like this item because it hides the skin bulge in my back from wearing the better quality YIANNA waste cincher because this one looks like it is durable and thick and secure, but fails in those areas. I ordered the medium, and felt like I was putting on a tank top. The negatives: grommets are tiny and flimsy, with three rows, there is no boning in the sides, it doesn't go down to the lowest abdominal region, and if you don't suck in your gut to even out the zipper you won't be able to reach the snap to secure the front. The positives: the price at $20 is great, covering the upper back bulge when placing over the better quality YIANNA brand waste cincher with heavy boning (falls out after 100 uses approximately) and heavier grommets) can be covered up no problem, it is a part of Amazon Prime free shipping, and feels like a true medium if your shopping for a t-shirt. I wear this over my YIANNA waste cincher and together they are harmony to securing all my midline bulges. I am not a bot, though this review sounds like I am working for YIANNA, this is not true, in all things I haven't found a perfect item, but YIANNA brand covers the 'need to secure fat' areas I am working with, while this product covers the extra skin and fat bulge the heavier and more durable YIANNA brand creates. Together, they make a great team.

Overall the product isn’t horrible if you’re just starting off on your waist training journey. It does adjust your tummy in a bit but definitely not to a point where you will see a huge difference. It pushes your boobs up as well so if you’re not looking for more lift I would recommend wearing your bra over it instead of under. Also, it’s very visible under clothes . Dresses and pants , very visible. Keep that in mind if you want to use this to snatch up your tummy for a night out . It’s comfortable to a certain extent… if your just walking about the house getting errands done it’s fine but once you start sitting down or have it on for a couple hours the little bars in the back start digging into your side . Felt like when a wire breaks through the bra. OVERALL you get what you pay for and it isn’t bad for the price , I believe the price is fair for this shapwear if it’s for short time use or around the house. Hope this helps you guys out 😁

UPDATE: Dropping my 4 star rating down to 1. I've been wearing this for about a week and its pretty much completely useless now. Its pretty much stretched out. After 6 days of basic wear (work, dog walking, etc.. nothing hardcore). Its still "tight" but pretty much in the way that any shapewear or spandex is tight or wearing a cami a size smaller than your normal size is tight. It no longer feels like a corset is supposed to feel. It does not give me anymore of an hourglass figure than already had before I put it on. The tiny but of sucking in my gut it was actually helping with is no longer happening. No I did not lose any weight or inches off my waist in the weeks time. The "waist trainer" just stretched out and it there's no point in wearing it anymore. I refuse to waste more of my money and purchase another size just to have the same thing happen again. I've always believed waist trainers were a scam and this pretty much just proves my theory. I have left my original review below for anyone who wants to continue reading. Original Review: Measure you waist and then size two sizes down when you're ordering. I'm 5'11", 240lbs & my waist is 38". So by their chart I should have been a 2X. I ordered an XL and had no problems getting it on. I hooked it on the first set of hooks & zipped it up straight out of the package. Yes it is tight, but its supposed to be. In my late teens and early 20's I wore corsets on a regular basis so the hooking and getting into it might have come easier for me because I'm pretty used to it but I don't think this is difficult to use. The first day, I wore it around the house (cleaning, cooking, watching football.. nothing too vigorous) and it did not bother me at all. I actually found it pretty comfortable, but again, I'm pretty used to corsets. I've worn it to work and to walk my dog and it does just fine. It doesn't move or roll up (the very VERY bottom in the back does but its not noticeable) while I'm wearing it and its not visible under my clothes unless I'm wearing something skin tight. It does offer some back support which is great because I sit all day for work. I was nervous about it fitting my chest (I wear a 40H bra) but it's fine. For everyone saying the straps dig into their arms or shoulders, you're wearing them too tight. I had to adjust mine and make them as loose as possible and then they were fine and did not dig in. I can wear all my normal bras & everything is pretty comfortable. Also for people saying it's too short, again, adjust the straps. I thought it was too short at first too but when I lengthened the straps I was able to pull it down so it covers the bottom of my stomach. I'm 5'11" and it completely covers me. The back boning could use some help. Its not very strong so if you have back fat, yes its going to kind of fold into and move with your body because of the material. It does this on me but I don't find it very noticeable (again, I don't wear too many skin tight clothes). I will say that when sitting the back boning does stick out a bit and can be noticeable (I think because I have it pulled down a bit far). And it will fold into your stomach a bit when sitting but not uncomfortably so and it will smooth itself out when you stand up. This will not make your stomach flat. All it does is cinch in your waist. So if you have a gut (like I do) you're still going to have it when you put this on. Just FYI for anyone wondering. Also, the design is not completely smooth under your clothes so if you're wearing something tight just know that it has a tendency to "gather" or fold in places and may be visible under your clothing. My problem with this "waist trainer" is I don't think it holds it shape very well because of the material. Its meant to have a bit of stretch and move with your body in order to be comfortable but I believe that is its downfall. I hooked it on the first row on day one. On day two I was easily on the second row and could have gone to the third. Once you wear it and stretch it a bit, it does not revert back to its original shape. Now I'm not saying it stretches out completely, it still cinches my waist jut as well as it did in the beginning and it is still tight. But because of the easy progression in putting it on (I was on row 3 by the second day) I feel as though it may be falsely advertising its ability to help you lose weight. I definitely did not lose any pounds or inches in 24 hours but I was able to make the vest tighter because of its stretching ability. This is my first attempt at wearing a waist trainer because honestly I've always felt they were a scam. I don't know if that opinion has changed but for the price I paid for this and the fact that is has helped me look better in a few shirts & dresses I own, I'm happy with it.

Update: I received my replacement trainer 3 days.after requesting it. And there was a 100% difference right out of the shipping envelope! The new one was in a plastic, zippered pouch. When I removed it from the pouch, I could instantly tell the difference from the first one I had received. (Looking at the new one I definitely feel like I was sent a trainer returned by someone else. Mistakes happen, and their response in getting me a replacement was awesome!) I always get nervous with waist trainers. Standing up in one I'm usually ok, but they tend to just be overly uncomfortable sitting down. When I tried this on, it was comfortable while standing. When I sat down it was a bit constrictive towards the bottom part of my rib cage (which is totally normally, I know), but it wasn't a feeling that was overpowering or uncomfortable that I felt I had to take it off. Obviously not something you go to bed in because it's so comfortable, but I was able to wear this all day, no issues. The straps are adjustable and equivalent to a bra strap. One side did have to be randomly readjusted because it was rubbing up against my skin. This is also kind of normal for me to have to readjust one side of anything with straps....my shoulders are a bit wonky from a shoulder injury. It definitely held everything it was supposed to. The fact that it zippers in addition to the clips is also great, because there has been zero issues of any of the clip coming unfastened. The support felt good around my waist line. On occasion, if I am moving around a lot, it did shift it's way up or sometimes to the side. It was easy to move it back into place. I've washed it twice, with no issues. (I was nervous about this since I had received the damaged one first, I felt like there was a chance this might not handle well in the washer). The tag does have instructions, but it's just the little pictures, and I had a hard time seeing what the pics were. I washed it in a regular cycle with cool water with some shirts and it was fine. I hung it up to dry (and it dried really fast, even with it hang drying). This waist trainer is definitely worth the money. I'm glad I opted for a replacement. Everything has it's slip ups. It's a solid trainer, that's comfortable, easy to get on and has the extra support with the zipper.
