Even though it’s flimsy it is a great waist trainer to wear just to be in the habit of wearing one, especially if you were starting out or just to keep yourself in the habit of having one on that’s a little bit looser

I had a tummy tuck and now have a pretty proportionate hourglass shape. I got this to use as my stage 2 compression garment and the fit is great until I cinch the waist. The straps curl up making it even tighter and uncomfortable due to my now smaller waistline. The fabric is a little itchy but that could be the sensitivity of my stretched skin. However, it’s very lightweight but still has quite a bit of support so it’s nice for the summer. This would definitely show up under thin or tight clothing so I wouldn’t recommend as shape wear, just compression.

I was excited to try my shapewear because it has more of breathable style and comfortable compared to others that I tried. Perfect for these hotter months I ordered a size large, for reference I am around 200lbs 5,6’. It fits my torso perfectly, and if you’re a little shorter it will still fit well. I feel like it’s helped with my back pain, keeps it nice and straight.

This waist trainer is great! I usually have a hard time finding some that fight right since I’m a small frame. But this one fits tight and still has room for more adjustments. If you are looking for one I’d say go with your normal size. It’s has smaller and larger adjustments which help find the right fit.
