    • I haven't gone snorkling yet but I'm SO excited
Like many of the reviewers, I've always had trouble seeing stuff in the water. Last time I went on a vacation, I brought some old glasses whose arms I ripped off and stuck inside the mask. It was much better, but often uncomfortable. I put on this mask and really could see well at home. I was also pleasantly surprised when I discovered the GoPro mount. Mounting it makes the whole thing a lot less comfortable on land, but I'm hoping that it'll be lighter in the water. For reference, I got the -6.0 diopter mask. My prescription is OD: -7.00 SPH, -1.75 CYL, Axis 180 OS: -7.25 SPH, -1.50 CYL, Axis 165 I probably can't see quite as far as with my current glasses, but I think it'll be far enough. Getting my actual prescription would cost at least $100, probably more like $180, and would take weeks to get to me. ... show more

One of my eyes sphere is -4.25 and the other is -5 so I played it safe and got the -4 so as to not strain the one eye. They are a tad blurry but I will definitely be able to see underwater for the 1.5 hours of snorkeling on my vacation. I'll update once I actually use the snorkel part

My vision is pretty bad (-6) so I couldn’t enjoy snorkeling or swimming without glasses or contacts. This mask is amazing, just tested it during our vacation in DR. It was great both in the pool and in the open ocean. I wish I knew about it earlier!

The fit is good. The vision correction is very close to my prescription. The ear plugs work great and I usually have trouble with getting those to fit. The water stop works as advertised when I went under water. I'm having a little trouble figuring out how to attach the snorkel to the mask. I have only gone snorkeling once before and am unfamiliar with the equipment. The instructions have some hilariously bad translations. I have not yet tried it in open water so I'm waiting to see how it works if you are snorkeling with waves. The most important part for me was being able to see and breath under water and they are working as advertised. ... show more

These goggles are very small even though they say adult and large youth. Haven’t had them in the water yet to see if they will seal or not but are very restrictive on your face as an adult

This mask works surprisingly well. My RX is 3.75, so based on other reviews I went with the 3.5 rather than the 4, so as to not overstrain my eyes. While not perfect vision I can see very well in the water. Tried it in the pool and the seal was great. I bought the snorkels because I went snorkeling for the first time this year and realized I couldn’t wear my regular glasses beneath the snorkels I borrowed from the snorkeling company. I am extremely nearsighted and had a challenging time seeing much of anything. However, I still enjoyed the snorkeling experience and wanted to be prepared the next time. That’s where these snorkels come in. I haven’t use them yet in a snorkeling environment. However, I have tried them on out of water, and the vision for me is excellent even though they’re not as strong as my eyeglasses prescription. The vision in my eyes vary slightly. I chose the vision with the eye with the best eyesight and can see pretty well. I get the impression that the snorkels also magnify a little bit so I should have no problem at all, snorkeling for the real thing. They fit nice and snug.
