- NBX-5040: We replaced the linear rails on the NBS-6040's Y module with dual 20mm Steel HSS Linear tubes to create a cost-effective, productive CNC Machine. We took everything we could from the NBS-6040 and applied it to the new NBX-5040. In our testing, the NBX-5040 gets you most of the performance of NBS-6040, at a big savings.
- NymoLabs Custom-made 710W Router: The NBX-5040 features the Self-developed Trim Router as a spindle, a Second-to-none move in the market. Its soft start, and constant current drive features, make the spindle RPM slow to fast without stalling, ranging from 7000 to 30000 adjustable. ER11 Collet Gripping Range: 1-8mm, 1/4", 1/8".
- 4-Axis Linkage: The NymoLabs rotary module is capable of processing in a 4-axis linkage to make cylinder or 3-dimensional artworks such as desktop miniatures and mini-sized sculptures, which helps you get a level of detail and fun that no other 3D printing technologies can.
- This controller can manually control the XYZ-Axis to run NymoLabs machines, such as NBX-5040 and NBS-6040, it is very highly precise and simple to operate.
- Magnetic Split Design: The lower half of the dust shoe is detachable and held in place using neodymium magnets for easy access when changing cutters.
