I've tried many brands and types of red light therapy devices and this one works! I was suffering from extreme pain in both of my knees (burning, sharp pain). It was so painful that I couldn't walk, sit, lay down or stand. I know red light therapy works so I tried several brands and this one works the best. I used this for a few days and I could walk again! I use setting L4 for 20 minutes 4-6 times/week. This product is a lifesaver! I did stop using it for awhile and my the pain came back so I've been using it religiously. Hopefully, I can stop if my knees heal. I also like that the plastic is easy to clean. It would be nice if the plastic was more flexible for comfort but either way it works and that is the most important thing. Seller has been very responsive. They seem to really care about their customers which I appreciate with this type of product. November 24, 2023: Update on my knee. This product is holding up. Since using this wrap on my knee, I have not had any knee issues since then and I used it on my knee a handful of times since it healed. I love red light therapy! When this eventually stops working, I will buy another one. The manufacturer says it has circuit boards which can cause the light to go out so it is not a good idea to sleep on it or put anything heavy on the wrap that can cause the lights to break and stop working.

We have used these on several parts of the body and on our dog. It’s great to be able to do red light therapy at home and these were an affordable option. There are 4 levels and multiple time intervals. I’m happy with my purchase.

This is a very fairly priced set and I really like the control module that comes with the package as my previous RLT device did not have that and I find it useful. Also very nice to be able to plug the two separate wraps into one usb port on my power bank. My issue with these and I rarely leave reviews but thought I should warn other smell-sensitive folks like myself...the material used for the backing of these wraps has a very strong odor that causes me minor headaches whenever I try to use them. I have set the wraps outside in the breeze and also left them for days at a time in front of a fan, but they are still off-gassing very noticeably a week after receiving them. I'm a person who can't handle strong perfumes, air fresheners, chemical laundry detergent scents, etc. If you're not sensitive I don't think this will be an issue for you and as such these are a great value and have seemed to help the pain in my arms.
