It was a piece of %#^$&. I couldn't get the holder part to tighten enough so the phone would just flop around. I must have gotten a defective model. Also, their customer service was not helpful at all. They basically blamed it on me and would take forever to respond. So I just counted it as a loss and got this 9.99 holder. Waaaay better quality and parts function as they should! It sticks really well to my dash and I love how many different ways you can adjust it! Waaay better very happy with this one! 5 stars. Get it! This is a great product. My phone fits very snug and hold really well. I am a loader operator and have plenty of hard movements in the cab and it hold fast. There is not much vibration passed through the phone and hold strong. The only thing that I have noticed is that if you extend out the arm, then it becomes a little more jumpy, but that is minor for the conditions that I work in. It does stick to the window really well and I will give a tip, make sure the window or area is cleaned and dried before placing it in the area you want. Give it 24 hours in the heat of the sun and let it fall off the window, and re-stick it to the window and it will stay there. It works like a suction cup. For the price of this cell phone holder, it well worth it and I am super happy that I bought it. ... show more

Honestly, for the price of this product I wasn't expecting too much but after it arrived, I was happily surprised with its high quality. The phone holder came well packaged with individual components in their own bags so none were damaged. Instructions with well drawn diagrams, photos and slightly off English were included and quite adequate. The design allows for three installation options of the phone holder: adjustable armature with suction cup, air vent clamp, and stick-on mount. All options use the same holder/clamp for the phone and it functions well by squeezing its padded side clamps to grasp the phone - it has a spring-loaded push buttons to release the clamps and easily free the phone. I believe any of the mounting options would have worked for my car, but the air vent clamp seemed the least invasive and best option for me and it has worked well so far. I consider this one of my best purchases on Amazon - a high quality product that works, and purchased at a great price compared to other phone holders. ... show more
