The wagon is supposed to have 4 flaps that the frame used to help support weight. My wagon is missing a flap and it causes the material to fold over what it is holding in the wagon, which is pretty annoying. Edit: The customer service was great. For the price itโ€™s really good! I bought a regular size one for much more then this one and this is bigger and does not take up much space then the regular sized.
