The wagon is supposed to have 4 flaps that the frame used to help support weight. My wagon is missing a flap and it causes the material to fold over what it is holding in the wagon, which is pretty annoying. Edit: The customer service was great. They sent a replacement wagon liner and it is perfect. I am so grateful and I love this wagon!

Out of all the carts, this one is long enough and sturdy enough to haul everything โฆ light stands, tripods, cables, cameras โฆ without breaking a sweat. The build quality is great, and it folds easily. I wish Iโd had this five years ago.

Just my groceries terrible to maneuver. I used it 3 times this bolt is coming out I don't know where or how to get it repaired I am on disability and its too late of course to return i will never buy something with out a real warranty. This is not right. warranty

For the price itโs really good! I bought a regular size one for much more then this one and this is bigger and does not take up much space then the regular sized. I wished it was padded though and it is harder to maneuver in corners only because of the extended size. Did not come with a cover which I guess is ok.
