    • Only low protein I can find without chicken
I stumbled on to this from a review of good quality, low protein foods. My dog was showing an allergy to chicken and all other low protein sources I could find were chicken. This totally was the fix I was looking for!

I had to resort to purchasing this dog food because of my dogs allergies to meet however, I don’t think it’s worth the amount of money for the size of the bag but it’s the only thing that we can find as other sites no longer carry large bags of vegetarian dog food so I think that they are running with the price due to the supply and demand a vegetarian dog food ... show more

Our dogs have been on this food for years! It’s always been consistent until recently — every other bag seems to destroy our dogs stomach. They are extremely gassy and uncomfortable. Finally decided to switch our food because it’s so inconsistent and unpredictable.

Gracie has been eating this food for abt 4 years & does great with it. She has some food allergies & has no problem with this. We had tried several different foods & this was the best for her. Now that she is a senior Tzu & has trouble chewing a bit, we add this to a moist food. I add a tblsp of canned pumpkin & a bit of warm water & mix it well. She loves it. ... show more
