Very nice and the cover is very soft and comfortable to the bare skin but the strap to keep it from coming off is not Velcro or fastened in another way. You have to step into it if you have had hip replacement. Needs to be. Velcro

Natumax knee pillow for side sleepers: I wasn’t sure this was going to work because I thought the item would slip around my leg during the night. However, it has worked great. Once I position it, it stays and if I move or turn, it stays in position. I am sleeping so much better!
