I had no idea how to put this on the canopy bed. It had ties on each corner, but there was no way to attach it without the netting being in the way/over the rails? I may have just been doing it wrong. Anyway, I ended up just poking small holes in the top of it where the top of the post went in and it ended up working out. Very cute once it was on. ... show more

it was really hard for me to assemble and put up. it took me a while. but it was worth the time because it came out beautifully. for people saying that it’s ‘cheaper’ than what they expected, of course it’s going to look a little cheap? it’s 25 bucks. if you want something that looks like the actual photo, then spend the extra money for it. don’t scare others away from buying the product when there’s nothing wrong. ... show more

I moved to a humid subtropical climate for work and then it turned out I am extremely allergic to the mosquitos here -- welts that last a month, scars, the works. Then a mosquito got into the house and bit me every night for a few nights and I became desperate for a solution, so I invested in a hoop-style mosquito net. It worked!! But I didn't like how it shrank the room in the bed, so while I had it as a stop-gap solution, I looked for something prettier. This is wonderful. The lace touches are just fancy enough. My bed wasn't four-poster, but I got a frame here on Amazon and then covered it with wood-grain-patterned Duck-brand duct tape and got a 4-pack of fake morning glory strings, and now it's so beautiful and elegant-- and most importantly, it still keeps the mosquitos out. As an added benefit, the cats can let themselves into and out of it without any help, so they can come and go from the footboard at night without bothering us. 5/5, thank you for saving my skin, I love this. The edges of the curtains are not scallop-patterned lace like are pictured here, they're raw edges with tiny diamond patterns on them. I wish they were scalloped lace, I think it would look even more beautiful, but honestly I don't even notice anymore, and when they overlap the raw edges are invisible anyhow. The lace trim at the top is on the same side as the ties that keep it from shifting around, so the lace trim is actually inside of the bed, but it looks the same from the outside because the fabric is so sheer, and it keeps it from interfering with the garlands so it's fine. ... show more

It's cheap looking and it doesn't have the holes already in the fabric for the finials. Fabric ends up just draping over the finials and falls off. Also no material across the top of the canopy, so it's just open. It was a pain to try and figure out how it even went on and I've had several canopy beds before. Just not worth it in any regard!! ... show more

Very nice and simple canopy fir my bed at a great price! Love it! I don’t have a canopy bed but I hang it from the ceiling over my bed! My bedroom has a slanted peak low ceiling and I put hooks in the ceiling and hung curtain claw hooks on them! They hold it perfectly over my bed and I can adjust it exactly how I need to using curtain claw hooks! Love it! It is see through so it doesn’t block any sunlight from coming into my bedroom from one of the only windows in the room! Great price!!!!! The value for the money is 100% and sheerness is the perfect amount! My daughter feels like a princess now and makes me happy that it came together just as I’d imagined it would. Assembly takes some patience but you will figure it out. I’m pregnant and was able to use a chair to install it by placing it over the canopy, focusing heavily and then corner by corner, unscrewed the bulbs and attached it to the bed. The picture makes it appear nicer than it is. There were no directions and to some that might mean nothing but when it was suggested by Amazon as a pair to the bed I purchased, I felt that it should have had some directions (does it go on the knobs ir do you poke a hole thru it and what are the clips for) and much better quality. It was a Christmas gift for my 6 year old so it'll do thw trick for now. ... show more
