I have this flute for a few mouths now and so far I very few complaints about it. The flute sounds and looks amazing! The sound is very crisp and clear with a very smooth tone. Performing effects on this flute I find to be allot easier then some flutes I have owned in the past. The books is very informative for someone who is getting into or just starting to play. The book also covers how to maintain your flute which is a major plus! The looks of the flute are one of a kind the craftsmanship with this flute is well worth the money in sound, feel and looks. The case that the flute comes with is also very nice however I wish it was a little smaller to fit the flute better and more snug. I am more then pleased with this flute and recommend this flute for anyone to wants to play. Even for beginners this is a great place to start since some of the cheaper flutes have such bad sound quality it can deter you from playing all together. Which was the case for the second flute. After I oil it, perhaps adjust the straps a bit, and play with it a bit more I feel I'll grow to enjoy it!! Has a smooth sound if you hit the notes right as a Native American flute should. This product is a gift, I ordered a flute with an eagle and got a flute with a wolf. It's ok as my friend doesn't have a wolf.
