This is a sturdy and heavy, good quality artificial Christmas tree with a lot of lights. The tree looks real from a distance and even close up, you have to look inside of the tree to see artificial looking parts. Fluffing is the key. The are no visible imperfections (after proper fluffing). As mentioned by others the outer part of the branches are of higher quality, they are molded plastic artificial branches with individual needles that look like a real fur Christmas tree (see pics). The inner branches are more traditional for a good quality artificial tree. They are thick sort of bristled soft plastic (not like a bottle brush). They bend and fluff up nicely. The difference in outer and inner quality is not noticeable once lights and decorations are added. This is a BIG, FULL, HEAVY, artificial Christmas tree. The 9 foot height is easy to visualize before purchasing, originally we bought the 72” width but it was too wide, extending 6.5 feet from the wall and took up our whole room. We ended up returning it and buying this same tree in a smaller 57” width and are very happy. The return cost us $57 with pick up, but the smaller tree made up the savings. And we figured smaller is better as we get older. Make sure your space can accommodate the width. If you are used to a 8-9’ real tree as we were, the 57” width version seemed more on par with what we were used to and does not look narrow in our home. A few negatives that are not really that negative. The lights are normal Christmas tree lights, soft yellowish glow. Not the white or blueish LED, so I expect them to only last a few years. They are not embedded into the branches so they should be fairly easy to replace in a few years. I wish they were LEDs which would likely give me 10 years, but I like the color and look of the lights better than most LEDs I have seen. The Box barely survived shipping and delivery, so it will not be a long term storage option. The branches are permanently attached to the center of 4 separate pieces that fit into a base. Even the individual sections are heavy. The branches can fold up and down like an upside down umbrella and they are not removable. Once the section is in the base, the lights are connected to the adjoining section for power. When new, the branch canopy (upside down umbrella) is constrained by a poly wrap cord. Be ready to catch the branches and gently lower them when you cut the cord, otherwise the heavy branches may fall fast and pull out your lights as they fall away from other branches. When storing we plan to dis-assemble each section (4 plus stand), use poly wrap to close/secure the umbrella canopy for each section, then store it in our attic in large plastic bags to keep it dust free. If your box is in good shape that may be a storage option, but it is unlikely to close. Once fluffed and repacked the tree sections will take up a lot more space in the box. We looked at a lot of artificial trees in person and online. For the price, this tree was the best we could find and we are not disappointed. Maybe I’m crazy for wanting a tree that will last, but this one isn’t it. We got 3 good years out of this tree. Had some problems with lights last year, but eventually got them to work. This year cannot get top section to light up at all. Will have to cut lights off and restring with new ones. I really wanted this tree to last…..The setup is easy and it’s fairly real looking.

I have been trying to call the company, I replaced the fuse, replaced the first two blubs that were out on the branches. The section turns on except for 4 branches. On hold two days in a row over an hour, gave up. I went out and purchased a light tester and found the bulb that was broken and replaced it. My daughter purchased the exact same tree and the exact same branches were out, sent her to buy a tester. I have to say for the price they should include a tester! The tree is pretty and looks natural for the most part. There are lots of wires hanging around the trunk and the main connection have a light green tape on them that is very obvious. I wish the wires were better tucked against the trunk and the connections were better hidden.

In a word - disappointing. 1) This tree is nowhere near as full as it appears in the photo. I hope the ornaments help with the illusion of fullness... 2) The “Feel Real” branches only have the a nicer tips; the rest of the branch is the standard cheap tree stuff. I suppose this wasn’t misrepresented, but I was expecting more, considering the price. 3) A few tips were broken, or broke off while spreading the branches...I already have durability concerns. Our last (12’) tree, was cheaper than this one and it lasted seven years; I’m not confident this one will last for more than two or three. 4) On the plus side, there are plenty of lights for a 9’ tree and it was easy to set up. Overall, if I knew what I was getting, I would not have bought this tree and I do not recommend it.

This was my Christmas present from my family last year. I haven't even decorated it yet. It is beautiful! Full, lots of lights, and easy to put up. Fluffing all of the branches takes some time, but totally worth it. They got it for a good price. Prettier in person.

This tree is beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this tree. Very full and realistic looking. The slim profile doesn’t mean this looks like a pencil tree. It’s just not “bushy” and big at the bottom like most trees. Lots of lights and plenty of branch tips for ornaments. It took about 2 hours to “fluff” and adjust the branches but worth the effort. I highly recommend this tree.

Do not hesitate to purchase this tree. It's stunning and very real looking. I am more than pleased. I wanted a taller tree and this 9' tree is perfect. Very well made, lots of lights. Could not be any happier with it.
