We bought this tree because the small one I got for my mom a couple years ago was so nice. This tree did not disappoint. We spent about an Hour or so fluffing the branches out like shown in the video. they seemed a little flat after that. let it sit for a day and decorated it... a few more days went by and it really fluffed out by itself. it looks amazing! Don't be a little disappointed at first, work the branches as shown in the video, decorate and check it out in a few days... ... show more

I love this tree! It is such a good tree for the price. I’m very happy with it. There is a good amount of lights and the colors are perfect. I’m only rating it a 4 star because I do think it could be fuller in the bottom especially when compared to the top half.

Serves are needs for a smaller tree. Nice looking and easy to assemble. One slight glitch. Part of the lower branches did not light on first assembly. Turned out a bulb was missing from the socket, but was found loose in the box. Inserted the missing bulb and the entire tree lit up perfectly.

THIS PRODUCT IS A TOTAL SHAM!! IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STAR, I WOULD!! I recently bought the pre-lit version of this Christmas tree (7.5 feet) and received delivery 2 days ago. When I tried to assemble the tree last night, little did I know that the so-call "pre-lit" tree is basically strings of christmas lights that are pre-wound around the leaves and branches on the tree. The lights are not in-built! Fine, I'll take it that I have paid for some poor souls are out there who are winding these lights around the branches. However, what really irks me is that the winding of these lights were done so haphazardly and tight, up to the point where I could not even expand and spruce up the "leaves" (see attached photo). In the end, I was so frustrated trying to disentangle the branches that I have to unwind and remove the lights myself. I was thinking perhaps I can re-string the lights myself after I have removed them (just like how it is traditionally done). Unfortunately what I found out after removing them is that these lights cannot be strung together, i.e. to say, there is no end-to-end connections. Each string of lights have to be connected separately to a power outlet, which in my case, 5 outlets for the whole damn tree! (For those who are curious, the lights are incandescent, not LED. I am a lighting professional, so I am very sure). The only silver lining I observed through this ordeal is that the tree seems to be very sturdy (though I still need to finish assembling it). So my advice to those who are considering buying the "pre-lit" version of this tree, DON'T!! You'll feel cheated if you do! If you really want to, get the unlit version and buy the lights separately and string them up yourself. This can also be a good family together time, stringing up the lights and decorations.. ; ) ... show more

    • Nice Tree Once the Lights Are Working

I ordered this tree on Nov 2nd and received it on Nov 10th. The tree arrived in a brown shipping box weighing 43 lbs and measuring 48" x 15" x 13" with the normal wear-and-tear that typically occurs with UPS. This box was the "reusable storage carton" referred to in the bulleted description for this tree. There was no storage box within the shipping box as is sometimes done. If the box is to be set on carpet or stored indoors you will likely need to wash off the debris accumulated during the tree's journey with a damp cloth or sponge. I immediately opened the box and set up the tree. The tree was the standard arrangement of three sections that connect together and into the stand. There were six strands of lights that connected together to an AC power cord in a large green lump in the center of the tree. Upon plugging in the tree, I discovered that the lights did not light on nine branches in the upper middle of the tree. The tree came with an abundance of yellow and red bulbs (no blue or green). I attempted to trace the failing string of lights and I replaced what to me appeared to be the unlit bulb adjacent to the lit portion of lights. However that had no effect. I placed a call to the 800 number listed in the insert with the tree. The recorded message indicated that they would not accept calls unless the tree had first been registered on their web site. I hung up and visited their web site. I filled out their online form which included attaching a PDF of the receipt from Amazon. I was unable to fill in one field on the form which was the UPC code for the tree. Fortunately the web site accepted the form with the default value for the UPC code. I then placed another call to the 800 number and was quickly connected with an operator. One of the first things she asked me for was the UPC code from the box. I told her that their was no UPC code on the box. After a brief discussion about whether or not the box had a UPC code, she was willing to accept the item code instead. I explained my difficulty to the operator and assured her that I had replaced the neighboring bulb in the string. She told me that the way they repair trees with similar problems is to send someone out to fetch the tree, have it repaired and then returned. However, she indicated that it would not be possible to have this done by Christmas with my tree (recall that this phone call was on November 10th). She recommended that I wait until the end of January of next year and to call back then to arrange to have the tree repaired. The only other option was to return the tree to Amazon. I fretted about this over night and the following morning decided to make another attempt at repairing the tree. I decided to trace the entire string that was not working and verify that every bulb was seated properly. This process was somewhat difficult as the string was obviously the same color as the tree and furthermore the string was wound about each branch and hidden among the artificial needles. Eventually I came upon an obscured socket that had glass portruding from it which I managed not to cut myself on. Closer examination showed that somehow the bulb had been sheared off at the rim of the socket. I used a screwdriver and pair of needle nosed pliers to pry the remainder of the bulb out of the socket. I inserted a spare bulb and plugged the tree back in and all bulbs came on! Overall the tree was reasonably priced and was shipped free as I am a Prime customer. The tree arrived quickly and it is reasonably handsome. It will look much better once the limbs at the end of each branch have been spread and arranged. ... show more

I bought my firs one in 2015 and my second (exact replica) in 2021 It's easy to assemble. The multicolor lights are absolutely magnificent. We've have spent countless hours enjoying the beauty of this awesome Christmas Tree!
