We bought this tree in the summer because our previous Christmas tree had seen better days, so we got rid of it when we took it down after Christmas. We wanted to be sure we didn’t forget to order another before the next Christmas season, so I placed the order for this tree in July. When I opened the box and set it up for the first time a couple months later, the top section of lights didn’t work. I called on the warranty and the only resolution customer service would offer was to send me a few strands of lights to replace myself. If I wanted to light my own tree, I would have bought an unlit one. Before the end of that holiday, another section of the tree had no functioning lights. We replaced those ourselves knowing that customer service and the warranty were a joke. The following year more lights quit after we had already set up the tree, so we lived with a partially lit tree the rest of that season. The third year we had the tree, after relighting nearly the entire tree ourselves, the entire last section the only one that had not yet been replaced, quit working. It wasn’t a situation where a fuse could be replaced. We checked everything each time. In the end, we had the tree for three years and not one time did we ever get to enjoy the full experience of the prelit tree we paid good money for. Customer service was terrible. was surprised by how realistic this tree looks. The color and shape are very natural, and guests keep asking if it’s a real tree. It’s full from top to bottom with no gaps. Great choice if you want the real-tree look without the mess.

Nothing like the picture, massive gaps in between the sections, branches are space to begin with, but for the price you can always just stuff it with tinsel which is what I did. But it honestly looked nothing like the photo, but it was easy to take apart and set up, the lights were reliable and it was pretty sturdy and the cat didnt nock it over. We got the 7.6 inch tree and it’s absolutely beautiful if you take the time to fluff all the branches new out of the box, which is no small job and not quick by any means. BUT, take the time and you will be rewarded for your efforts. I gave three stars because we got the tree just this year and there is already a section of lights that is out. Not a huge deal, because the fullness and beauty of the tree helps make up for it and I string extra lights on the tree anyway, so it’s not easy to tell a section of lights is out, but I thought a new tree would be less hassle. It was for one Christmas anyway. Next year will require extra attention when stringing lights. ... show more

We were so happy with the quality of this tree. We wanted to try a fake tree this year & we couldn't be happier with this one that we selected. We took it out of the box as a family and the 4 of us fluffed the branches. It was a fun little project. It took us about 30min to fluff it perfectly. We received many compliments on our new tree. Pros: it’s festive, the lights are easy to figure out, assembling the three pieces was easy and it is sturdy up and down. It is 7.5 feet I guess, but the final 8 inches is a single branch. I measured mine at 82 inches in the stand, so just over 6.5 feet. Cons: whatever the advertised photo, this isn’t it. Like it’s a decent tree, but it’s not what I thought I was buying. Price is ridiculous for what I received, I would never have paid this much. This is a $100 tree at best. The base / stand is super ugly and basic. I think I can swap it out though, if my nice stand can tighten that small. This took me about 2 hours to set up for the first time, and I’m still messing with it trying to account for some bald spots. I’m hoping once decked with ornaments it’ll fill out some. I put a few photos of pictures at different levels so the bald spots are brazenly obvious at some levels. Overall it’s decent, if you get a good sale, but don’t expect to have the fluffy, hyper-realistic tree you see in the photo. Update: I returned it and got an amazing one from Home Depot for $60 less. ... show more
