This seems to be pretty sturdy. It was relatively easy to put together. I didn't find it heavy, but if you have back or shoulder problems, having help nearby would be a good idea. I liked that I could fluff it up more, or less. You can move some of the leaves downward to fill in gaps, or where the lights might seem a little bare. I think it has good coverage. Ornaments will help fill it in. We've had real trees where the ornaments get lost if it's super fluffy! All of the lights worked, and it seems really stable. We have 9' ceilings, and are actually considering getting the 7.5-8 ft tree instead. ... show more

I bought this tree back in 2016 to replace the worn out, beat up one we had for (8)years from Wally World. It didn't look like much coming out of the box, but once you take the time to fluff it out it looks nice. Very pretty. Once decorated, I got ton's of compliments on it. The first year was great. I have attached pics for first set up, then decorated. (The first two are from 2016, the others are from 2017) Second year, still rocking, even bought a nice storage bag the first year to carefully put it away. 3rd year? Yeah...now there are issues. One: A huge portion of the lights are dead. Burnt out, whatever. So there are tons of dead spots on the tree. Two: Once we had it set up for this year (and ignored the burnt lights) out of no where the middle of the tree went out. Now it will not light. No one was even near it. Husband took it apart, used a meter to test for shorts etc...nothing. Cannot determine why one portion section/strand just wont light/work. So I had to use an old strand of lights I have and drape it over those branches. I really dislike that. The whole point of having a fake tree with lights is to not have to do the whole lights (which take the most amount of time). If it was just the dead lights I could replace them. But, I didn't receive any (so called) replacement bulbs with original order. I store all my stuff together, so I checked. Besides even if I had, I don't think they would cover the amount of dead lights on the tree. And since these are lock type none of my thousands of bulbs/lights I have from our previous 'real tree' decorations work as replacements. And as I was browsing for trees on Amazon, I now see this same tree is far less in price ($193 for 6.5ft) than what I paid ($246) for it back in 2016 (thought prices went up w/inflation?) ....So that kind of sucks too. I am going to reach out to the company and see if they can assist in the dead light thing. All I can say is that, yes it's a beautiful tree, when it works. Other than taking the time to really fluff it out, it's easy to set up. (And yes the branches DO scratch when fluffing etc). In the end, you really get what you pay for. I was really impressed with it the first year...the second year....the third year? I'm already looking to replace it if I cannot fix my lights. So you do the money math. Cheers. ... show more

This tree is honestly perfect. It’s my first Christmas in our new home, and also my first Christmas as a wife and a mom, so decorating this year feels really special to me. I wanted something that would make the house feel warm and cozy, and this tree did exactly that. The warm LED lights are gorgeous — they give off that soft, golden glow that makes everything feel calm and festive. Those harsh LEDs that I usually see on most multicolored lit Christmas trees always throw me off, so I was hesitant to buy this one. I actually bought it because I saw another reviewer mention the warm lights, and I’m so glad I listened. It completely changes the vibe and makes the whole room feel like Christmas. I can’t stop turning it on at night just to sit and look at it. Just received the tree. Tested each section prior to fluffing and setting it up to make sure it works and everything was ok. Spent a couple hours unfolding and fluffing the tree and plugged the pieces together. Tree looked nice. Plugged the tree in and and there was a huge spark and the bottom lights weren't on. Thought maybe a fuse blew, though it shouldn't. Unplugged everything to check the fuse and found that the wires from two of the bottom sets had literally blow apart!!! What the heck! ... show more

My previous fake Christmas tree was expensive and had white lights that turned to colored lights then blinked then alternated. It was a light show. However it only last 2 years then the lights stopped working. When I ordered this tree from Dunhill it was slightly smaller. I only wanted colored lights. Not the fancy light show stuff. When it arrived it looked skinny and sparse, BUT...when you follow the instructions and gently open up all the branches that had been packed so it could ship...WOW. It is beautiful. Thick and beautifully shaped. The material they use for the fake evergreen is realistic and easy to put ornaments on. A couple of the tiny lights were dead, but they include replacements and these worked fine. I've had THREE visitors think it was real and several people have used the word "beautiful". This is a great tree, great quality, good design and shape, easy to put up. I heartily recommend it if you have to have a fake tree. I'm getting too old to put up a real tree!!! ... show more

I bought this tree because I'm getting older and couldn't handle my heavier tree from the previous year by myself without help. This tree was easy to assemble, lighter to maneuver and quite pretty. I was able to assemble it without assistance, which was my goal.

The picture provided in the description is VERY misleading. The tree that showed up is no where near as full as that. It also doesn't sit straight without putting a shim under the stand. Overall build quality is "ok" at best. For the money, I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but it should at least look like the picture. That's false advertising in my opinion. In my picture of our tree, you can see how janky it looks after adding more lights and garlands. So just imagine how it looked prior to that. ... show more
