beautiful, especially for the price. assembly was easy and tree is very sturdy. good room for many decorations. its pretty thin and great for smaller spaces. lights up a room with very warm lighting. there was some shedding of flocking, but it's to be expected

This is our second Christmas using this beautiful tree, and it looks brand new! Very easy to set up (we use a tree stand) and the lights are already in place. Packs up into a large storage tote (3 pieces!). The flocking material flakes off a bit when handled, but not excessively. A few minutes of fluffing out the branches after setup, and it looks like a real tree! Would recommend!!👍🏼 ... show more

Cute for a small space. Easy to set up. I put mine on a small table and the stand is very sturdy so it won’t tip over. The flocking is even and doesn’t shake off easily. Not messy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We purchased this tree as a 2nd tree to be used in our finished basement. The intent was to use it as a "seasonal tree" decorating for different holidays. When we first received it...I would have given it 4+ stars...super easy to assemble - took time to work with to make the branches appear fuller. Negatives - pretty messy but it is a flocked tree so I expected that. Also, I would have rated a 5star if there were more lights. Fast forward to today, my husband and I were away for a vacation, and not even 3 months later - the lights on the mid ⅓ of the tree are out. I have reached out to National Tree Company's customer service email listed online with Amazon...and have yet to even receive an acknowledgment. This is unacceptable and very disheartening. Sadly, unless they try to make an effort - I will never purchase from this company again!!! ... show more
