Ordered the 12 ft unlit North Valley Spruce tree for $557. After about a week only box 1 of 2 arrived. The packaging was damaged and only contained the top 6 ft of the tree. The bottom half was missing with no base, so it was unusable. When I checked my orders, I noticed that the tree's price magically jumped to $862. Had to phone in and ask for the bottom half of the tree, but they had no idea what I was talking about, so a replacement was dispatched (at the original price). It was delivered after another week. Yes, you guessed it, another damaged box labelled 1 of 2 containing the same top half of the tree. I then phoned in again to ask for the bottom half of the tree. Sure enough, the bottom half of the tree could not be tracked down and another replacement was proposed, but this time there was another problem - it would take almost two weeks for the second replacement to arrive. That would be almost a month out from the original order. I couldn't wait that long, so I asked for a substitute with another similar tree - the 12 ft Dunhill Fir that could ship faster and was in stock. This tree was $2 less than the North Valley Spruce, but they wouldn't replace. I cannot comment much on the quality of tree as I have not been able to assemble and plush it out. I’m extremely surprised at how much I love this tree. Yes, it takes a while to fluff it, so I spread out fluffing it over a few days. I won’t be decorating it until thanksgiving day. It’s a stunning tree for a fake one. I’ve always had real trees but a 12ft real tree was $350 last year so this year it’ll be significantly higher. Such a waste just to throw it out. So…I bit the bullet and went fake. I couldn’t be happier. One thing…..I got the 12ft tree, but with the stand it’s a full 15 ft. I could have ordered a 9-10 ft and been very happy. So think about that when ordering. ... show more
