This tree is very sturdy. Has plain white/clear lights. The lights are constant--no blinking. Might be able to add a blinker to the electric cord. The 36” includes the base and even then it’s not quite there. It is a pretty nice looking tree once it is fluffed out. We have a puppy this year and she’s not quite ready to coexist with a tree on the floor so we bought this to put on a table top. It’s cute and we like it.

This tree came out of the box looking very flat from packing, but it became so full once I fluffed and opened the branches! It’s a perfect size, very full, and very sturdy in the base. Lights are ample too. Very pleased!!
