Ppl are complaining about quality? Understandable the quality was an issue but Nathan James has taken action and fixed the issues i know first hand i purchased 5 of these when they came out at a premium price point. One of the stools failed on me after 1 year I contacted Amazon they put me through directly to Nathan James it was replaced in a matter of days!!! Last week another stool failed i contact customer Service directly again via email i spoke to Layla a Customer service rep and she had a new stool out to me in 3 days. Leyla informed me they redesigned the stools to a new configuration its depicted in the photos i added they are 100000% improved. I own a lot of NJ furniture sold because of how amazing their customer service is and how responsive they are. Id anybody has any issue i urge you to contact them this company stand’s behind their products like no other brand of furniture company I’ve ever dealt with 100% will continue to purchase their products and deal with them. ... show more

Stools came packaged well and arrived in good condition. Assembly took 15 to 20 minutes per stool. They are sturdy and comfortable. The seat covering looks good and appears to be durable.
