Had some minor damage to top shelf and a foot of the unit, contacted Nathan James, they were very responsive. Unit was discontinued so they could not ship replacement parts but did provide a partial refund. Since the damage was so minor we were able to cover it up with a wood scratch cover up pen.

I had my eye on this TV stand for a while and went it was sold out in late Dec, early Jan I was a bit bummed but waited until it was available in February. I ordered it as soon as it was available. It came promptly and there was no real damage to the box or the unit. When taking the pieces out of the box I noticed that I had two of the same piece and was missing one. I called customer service right away and Robin was able to help immediately. She was able to find and send me an entire tv unit free of charge! She was in constant contact with me via email to give me updates on shipping and to make sure that I had received the new unit. I even got a small gift as an apology. I am extremely grateful for their concern and promptness in making this mistake correct. I love the tv stand and the company even more! Highly recommend :) ... show more

Stylish and reasonably sturdy. I think the width of the lower shelves is slightly less than 15" - the boards/shelves are about 13.5" wide for the bottom two shelves, which made me unable to put my Sonos underneath it on one of the lower shelves. Still, a great deal.

I love this TV stand, but I love Nathan James even more. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! I assembled the stand with my two kids and it came together perfectly.
