This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I love this ottoman! I use it as my coffee table and I no longer have to worry about my kids hurting themselves on my sharp edged table that I had before. My kids love to jump up on it, eat snacks on it and watch tv from it and it's sturdy and can hold up to the abuse lol. I was a little worried about the color of the faux leather but it's perfect. Exactly what I wanted, needed and expected. Would definitely encourage you to buy. Only con is that greasy fingerprints can be seen very easily and you'll have to constantly wipe this thing off lol. ... show more

Not cool, Nathan James. This is not solid wood, as advertised in the description. It’s made with vaneers which you don’t see until you finish putting the table together and flip it over (the instruction recommend putting it together from the box to not scratch the table’s surface during the process). The packaging is in too bad of shape to return the item, so I’ll be stuck with it for now. I don’t recommend this product or Nathan James because of the misleading advertising. ... show more

This is a cheap coffee table. OK, I know that, I knew it when I bought it. What I didn't know is that the feet are basically the heads of screws with cheap plastic sticker pads stuck to them. If you ever move this coffee table, or slide it up and back, closer or further to your seat or couch, expect those feet to last maybe 10 minutes to a week. After that you will have to go to one of the big box stores to find, buy and install feet of your own ... maybe small wheels, maybe sliders, maybe bigger more permanent sticker pads - but this just seems like an intentional rip-off which is why I cannot give it an average of 3/5 ... it is not average, and yet it is not totally useless ... it is a rip-off and it is inconvenient. If that is OK with you and just need an inexpensive coffee table, at least you now know what to expect ... I've done my job! ;-) ... show more

I love my ottoman coffee table! Very comfy and big enough to put a lot of things on it and still have space to put your feet up to watch tv. 👍🏻 Review update: I buy this piece not even 2 month ago and first impression was very good. But after month and half using this ottoman coffee table in my living room didn’t hold well. I notice where you put your feet any spot we put our feet most of the time is loosing the vinyl color. Very ugly! Look like stains everywhere. But is not stains is the vinyl is loosing the color. This is an ottoman made to put your feet up if you want to, but with this piece I recommend to not use it for that purpose. Very disappointed! Not even 2 months!!! 🤦🏻♀️ ... show more

The table was easy to put together but is very poor quality. I first noticed that some of the frame was scraped, then I inspected the table top and it's chipping, rough, and bruised in various places. Would not buy again. Update: They have very responsive customer service, but the quality of the table is just bad. The bottom edges of the first and replacement tables are both rough and feel as though fabric could get caught. The table top itself, on both tables, were lacking. The replacement had what looks like a bruise or gash that's been filled in with resin. The worse is the cushions that they include with the table that go over the bolts. They come off within days on carpet and I'm worried they'll eventually scratch my hardwood floors. ... show more

    • Easy to Assemble, Great Looking!

We recently replaced our ottoman with a coffee table. We were looking for something with sort of a industrial vibe. I LOVED the herringbone pattern on this table, and finding a decent coffee table under $100 is almost unheard of. I had this assembled in about 10 minutes, it's super simple. The only thing is that it comes with screws to further attach the top to the leg assembly, but there were no pilot holes so I omitted these screws. Still holds together fine and is a sturdy, beautiful addition to our living room! ... show more

    • Three Tables Sent, Three Tables Defective.

How nice of them to send two more defective tables after I contacted them about the first defective one. I was told they would open and inspect the third. That never happened. From rusted metal rails to all three artificial wood tops being either scratched, cracked or bubbled, it was a nightmare of an experience. Very nice to have a lifetime warranty, however it would have taken a lifetime to get one good table. Thankfully they refunded my purchase price and allowed me to haul all three to the dump. It wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns this order. I originally purchased the herringbone ash wood top version from Amazon and it calms completely trashed! It looked like it was used for a year then returned and Amazon just shipped it back out. I contacted Nathen James immediately and without asking much questions they offered a replacement. Come to find out the original table was out of stock, so I mentioned the warm leather version which was more expensive but they offered to give me it instead of waiting for the original table! They got 5 stars not only for great customer service but the warm leather table was beyond great. It’s a nice red brown just like the photo, it’s buttery soft, and the legs were extremely sturdy unlike the wood top one. Not sure why there is such a gap in quality but I’m really happy with the replacement. Don’t go for the wood top, go for the leather! ... show more
