First off, these are super easy to assemble! It took my husband 15 minutes to put each barstool together. We love a quick, easy build ;) The material is SO soft. The chairs are sturdy, and I love that they have a back to them. Perfect for back support, or peace of mind if you have kiddos constantly sitting on them. I wasn't sure if they would go with my kitchen, but they are super versatile and look even more beautiful in person! You can't go wrong with any of the color choices they offer. The ones I chose were "Light Grey/Black." The fabric seems high quality and like it will be easy to maintain. They are counter height, so should fit well at any standard countertop. This set of counter-height stools were a great purchase! It was a good value compared to some of the other options out there. The fabric feels durable, easy to spot clean, and the neutral color easily matched the aesthetic of my home. All the listed specs and measurements were accurate, so there were no surprises when it came time to place them by the kitchen island. The height was perfect and there was plenty of space between my legs and the countertop, which help ensured a comfortable seating experience. There was only one small issue, which was quickly and outstandingly resolved. One of my chairs had a wobbly backrest upon assembly. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to contact a real Nathan James customer support representative (not a bot) to get the problem resolved. They were extremely understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. My representative was very diligent in keeping me updated and in the loop at all times. I’m very happy with the way things turned out and really like the way the company/team stands behind their products. these nathan james dahlia stools are now my favorite piece of furniture in my apartment. they were easy to assemble because of how well the instruction book was written out. each piece needed for the chair was numbered and it didn’t take me more than 30 minutes to assemble one chair. the boucle material is also soft and comfortable. i love the way the soft white material contrasts against the white hardware. the fact that i can cross my legs on this chair is amazing. it’s the perfect height for a kitchen island and i love that i could even use it with a bar table. the mid century design also makes my apartment look so much more expensive than it is. ... show more

Absolutely stunning and so easy to assemble. They’re also very comfortable and feel very well made. It’s the perfect size (not too big or too small) to fit multiples on an island and the back rest sits perfectly on your back so you don’t feel unsupported or uncomfortable.
