4/25/2025: Edit: The seller replaced the item even though I purchased it more than 6 months ago. So far the replacement works as advertised. Purchased in August 2024. At first, it worked great. I was using it 2-3 times a week. It gradually became less powerful, so I thought the batteries were dying. Yesterday, I bought new batteries for it. Today, I replaced the batteries, and now it isn't working at all.

I recently tried this, and I must say it’s been a game changer for my daily routine. If I could leave zero stars or even negative stars, I absolutely would. This products is dangerous and could absolutely blow out your inner ear. I purchased this product because I have terrible allergies, so wanted to try this product. First, the instructions are very poor to the point of negligence. I tried this device 1 time, and the negative effects have been 48 hours. Here’s why. The water pressure in the device is far too high. And, the left or right side option doesn’t work, so I had high pressure water going into both nasal passages. There was no suctioning whatsoever going on, just full water blast into both nostrils injecting water so hard that the water went up my Eustatian Tubes (Pharyngonasal Nasal tubes, causing several things to happen. The first thing that happened is that my ear buds were blown out of my heart falling to the floor. The second thing that happened was a full onslaught of vertigo which caused me to fall to the floor and throw up. This severe reaction was about an hour. For the next 48 hours I suffered from a headache and a case of any sudden mo event would give me vertigo, though not as bad as the first event. My ability to breathing was not improved, in-fact it was much worse. I now have to go see an ENT to make sure that I haven’t permanently injured my middle and inner ear. Don’t buy this product. I tried to return it, but it isn’t allowed. So, I’m out $50+ for one of the most horrible physical reactions I’ve had other than anaphylaxis. I highly recommend NOT buying this product.

I have used various nasal irrigation items and sprays over the years, this one is quite effective! I don't like the sprays much, but they work when not able to pack the things and boil water for the other units. The pot kind I have is nice and my normal go to so far. But this nasal irrigation system is so easy to use, and works much quicker. Gets out any congestion without standing over the sink like I would have to with others. It collects in the reservoir container, and is easy to dump and sanitize. Easy to use for any age, just change out the nasal plugs for size if needed.

So, I decided to give this nasal passage system a try, and after using it for a few weeks, here’s my take. First off, I really like the design—it’s surprisingly comfortable and doesn’t feel like a clunky gadget stuck up my nose. On days when my allergies kick in, I definitely noticed an improvement in airflow, which was such a relief. For a chronic sinus sufferer like me, that’s a win! But, here’s the thing: the instructions were a bit all over the place. I spent way too long wondering if I was using it right. Once I finally figured it out, I was impressed with how well it worked. However, I did find that after wearing it for a while, it could start to feel a tad annoying. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt a little intrusive when I had it in for extended periods. Overall, I think it’s a good product with some real potential, especially for anyone looking for relief from nasal congestion. Just be ready to play around with it a bit. I’d give it three stars—not bad, but it could definitely use some fine-tuning! Would I recommend it? Sure, just keep your expectations in check.

Works better than a netty pot and easy to hold! It included lots of little nasal rinse mix packets so I could use it right away without needing to make my own solution. I'm looking forward to seeing the results over time to help with my allergies. Great!
